If you just want engine tuning functionality buy the cheaper kit. All you need is the black box that straps to the fork. You might need your ECU reflashed depending when it was done last.

Leigh is good. Weege is just better.

As with anything competitive, people will always take advantage if there is no enforcement/rules. The problem lies with the AMA. In this case, unlike bowling, moto racing IS nam. There are no rules effectively as far as upgrading is concerned.

That is bad! Cherry picking has been around forever and I see it’s not getting any better. At 64 I’m done racing but if I was I’d much rather finish 20th in the Pro class than pick up cheap plastic winning the Novice race.
