My point is, this isn't magic. It is based on facts you learned the basics of in high school. FACT: YOU will never know the difference in a bladder type shock. In emulsion shocks, there is an infinitesimally small argument for corrosion inhibition. What is the compressibility factor for air vs nitrogen at the pressures and temperatures you see in a shock? people that say air can't be used...

You can make a modern 2-stroke that is clean burning and fuel efficient but it isn’t a simple, lightweight machine anymore. Injectors, electronic power valves, scavenging blowers, oil spray lubrication etc all add weight and complexity. Aside from a philosophical bias, I suspect the main objection from a business point of view is why bother with all the research, development, testing, manufacturing investment etc to produce a machine that rivals existing four stroke technology and doesn’t deliver any significant benefits. I know other OEMs still have 2 strokes but if Honda were to produce a new one I feel it...

Gone back and forth on this. Zero perceptible difference in my rear shock, so I just use a MTB pump at home now. I check the pressure before every tear down as well and it's never any different. Guess I'm a "hack", but I couldn't give two shits.

Doing a shock service today and pondered a bit - Recalled this thread from yesteryear funnily enough. Seems Suzuki was happy to recommend refilling the shock on their 250 in 2006, using our globally available 79% mix. Don’t think gas laws have changed much since then. Todays shock will be getting air!

Everyone talk about the Suzuki being a great value, but when I was bike shopping last, I could get a KX450 for cheaper than a RMZ450 and the KX came with e-start, wifi app for mapping, and better suspension settings. I bought the KX and don't regret it one bit. I want to love the Suzuki, but there are just better deals out there for bikes that offer more.
