The 3 new casual fans I brought into the sport in the last 4 years all think RC sucks without me ever saying a word. He brought that on himself. Two things NBC should pay attention to. AC is a broadcaster and beloved racer who was standing on a jump on a part of the track not being used. That guy has his little power trip thinking he's boss and nobody gonna fuck with him but in reality he's just a dickless douchebag who's gonna end up getting a lot of drinks accidently spilled on him by anyone who recognizes him tomorrow.

What a dumpster fire. Is this what’s referred to as “growing the sport?” I’m always amazed at how people get a pass for being complete douche bags because they’re famous for being a great athlete, singer, movie star etc. Character matters just as much, if not more to me than your accomplishments. It’s why I always was a Dungey fan. Even locally, some of the fastest kids are nothing but disrespectful punks on and off the track. Not a great look right now for the broadcast team is it?

My takeaway (and I could be wrong) is that Daniel blames NBC and Leigh (75-25 he said) for the job BS and is more hurt by RC’s behavior since he looked up to him and considered him a friend. Just my opinion after watching it. That was a tough one to watch, DB seemed pretty bummed.

Daniel has talked to me about all this but didn’t want any of it ran in public form. When a friend says “I have something to tell you but you can’t repeat it”, you’re kinda stuck. Unless you’re just a shitty fucking friend. It’s Daniel’s to unearth, he has a platform and he’s told his side. Beauty of the forum, anything worth talking about ends up here, even if I’m stuck at bike tests all day.

I'm glad Blair decided it was time to speak out. Going against a Big corporation is tough, but thing will never change if not challenged. There is so much about this sport that is mind boggling to me, riders having to pay an entry to race, riders at every race getting taken out by tough blocks or other dangerous conditions, privateers not being able to sell merchandise. So many other things that need fixing.

I remember watching this back in 2023 and I knew then that RC was genuinely being a dick head. DB played it off really well, but that was some bullshit.

Interesting to see if RC will do an interview and attempt some damage control. It's also clear to me that in that video above RC is not playing - he doesn't like DB. I understand RC is competitive .... and he's losing to DB in the broadcast game. Rather then blend in he did what he could to Vince Freeze DB. Not cool. Curious how NBC/RC will respond to this.....

Monster money. They paid for hailie deegan to race Indy NXT when she's barely qualified for the lower rung (formula regional Americas cup). She qualified last this weekend and nearly got lapped in a sprint race.

And he’s not a professional typist, whereas rc is SUPPOSED to be a professional broadcaster… That’s the same argument of any of us criticizing a rider for stalling or tucking the front. Of course they’re faster than us, but we can still see issues and point them out. We aren’t the professionals but we damn sure are the customers and the audience paying for this shit quality.
