New Honda Cylinder is $300, cylinder head is $75, $150 for top end with gaskets, $210 for new 05-07 OEM crank. Lets even go so far as you somehow have to replace the case halves(includes all new bearings)- $500. Brand new engine from honda for $1,235.00. Your numbers are ridiculous.

Fry's has a special this weekend... $5 for a 12 pack of bud, miller or coors light. Bought 9 12 packs and saved the last $5 for a econo sized tp for the aftermath.

I really like the NEDH and NECH for my 2003 cr250. The W always gave me a bit of a flat bottom end. The H diameter really woke it up for me. We are really talking about fine tuning here though and not night and day differences.

Sorry, but you are wrong. Efi works great at low throttle for atomization, even better than a carb... but... That is one of the reasons efi comes with larger diameter throttle bodies. Carbs begin the a/f mix prior to the carb body when above about 1/2 throttle. The fuel is already breaking up by the time it passes the needle...

Carbs atomizer fuel better than efi without high pressure... that's why kawi came out with the duel injector setup. Not saying with a better design efi can't make more power. Just saying a simple switch from a carb to efi without any other changes, carb makes more power. I am actually looking forward to this just so you know.
