1/17/2015 12:11pm what would you suggest. what i ate and drink the morning of the race definitley made a difference. gatorade,coffee and pancakes were off my list if i was nervous about arm pump.

7/15/2014 12:07pm Rode a factory riders practice bike with factory suspension. Yes it was amazing. 3-4 seconds per lap faster I bet.

6/10/2014 6:58pm Spiral fractured mine and had the rod put in. Dr couldn't get it right the first time, so I had to have it removed and reinstalled a week later. Foot was out 18 degrees I think. I played hockey 6 weeks later, when I couldn't even run... (Adult league) Scored a hat trick and then sat out a few weeks...

5/28/2014 1:07pm Not anymore. Bikes of today are too fast, with the pros on them. (450s). The sports always been dangerous, but was also slower. Can't imagine racing mx at 50-70 mph in choppy, rutty conditions. You gotta be in great shape today and can't fake it

5/6/2014 8:37pm A former factory mechanic once wrote an article to put grease on threads of everything otherwise the torque specs would not be correct. This dude also had a mechanical engineering degree I think. I've always used blue loctite on stuff I didn't want to come loose

4/24/2014 8:07pm my dad rode an '81 at lorettas in 1982 tied for first in points, only to end up with 2nd overal in 30+. the winner, gordon bowden also rode an '81 that year. to this day he still says best bike ever, and hes still racing at 66. (crf 450)
