thing is, tomac is going to have to carry on riding on the edge to get the wins and try to close the massive points gap that he is (already) behind! its going to be great to watch- but I think dungey will be roczens closest rival for the championship. Those two will keep putting in consistently good finishes through the year- tomac/canard will probably win a few, but consistency will win the champs this year.

The pace is very even through the top 10, starts are vitally important this year!
2nd race of the season and last year Kenny twice scored 0 points...

Far too fucking early to begin counting points...

He did the same in outdoors. Took what he could get and didn`t score lower than 4th place. Aldon`s school.

yup I reckon that's spot on.

he said that in his interview, slightly different words.

good on Eli btw for how he handled his interview, these pair will give us some good races this year imo, hope they stay clean and race hard.

I don't think Roczen or any racer wants to give up a lead and settle for 2nd place. Tomac has shown that he is faster than Roczen in both SX and MX. Canard also has incredible strength in both outdoors and indoor tracks. Roczen is doing everything right to win a championship at this point with only two races in the books. Great starts and great finishes.

You and Roczen can say whatever you want. It doesn't matter. He tried to hang with Eli and couldn't. He just didn't have the speed that night. Whether he backed off after that or not is a completely moot point.

...and Roczen isn't some genius for backing off. He wasn't going to catch Eli and Dungey wasn't going to catch him. so...why would he push hard?

exactly - that night Eli was quicker whereas the week before

whether Ken was or wasn't thinking of the title is irrelevant really

AHA

I've been hearing that for years, and guess what.

Eli had it sorted at the weekend end of, we don't need to talk about 2013 or whatever, we don't need to bring IF's into it either.

Both Roczen and Tomac r signed to win the championship. We r 2 rounds in both of them showed they have the speed.
A1 Roczen was fastest and won, Eli was second fastest and got 20th
PHX Tomac was fastest and won, Roczen was second fastest and got 2nd

this thing is going down to vegas. Roczen will get a 20th in there also these kids, yes kids r hungry and fast as F*** and they make mistakes. Time will tell who made the least of them at the end of the series.

if both of them stay mistake free they will be 1st and 2nd in the championship who's first or second i don't know
if they get under each other skins and ride ball's out and make mistakes its even possible that Dungey slides by to take the championship

Had two 0 point finishes last year and quite a few bad results past that... No one is immune.

don't get me wrong i'm a fan of Kenny and less a fan of Tomac but these kids r so close together that it's almost impossible to predict a winner and either one of them is deserving a championship in this premier class and the person who takes it in the end was the best in the whole season. if Kenny wins good form him, If Tomac wins good for him i just want to see good racing

Oh don't be that guy!

The factory KTM isn't decent?

Decent bikes don't let their riders crash?

Or have crash related/cause of DNF?

Decent bikes don't have DNFs from bizarre shit?

I remember Suzukis recently dnf-ing from a couple of fueling issues, a thrown chain, broken chain guide, a collapsed rear spring not to mention mysteriously not starting before a race.

Kenny's KTM got through the whoops fine last year, it's setup.

Nelson said he changed his shock this week, he was getting through the whoops fine the week before. As was RD and Deano.

As for cornering better, what the fuck does that have to do with anything, much less a points situation? Wait, don't you buid Suzuki AFs or something? You're that loyal that you think they never break?

First of all, to suggest he was the only one having trouble with whoops is patently ridiculous and obviously not true... There were plenty people having trouble with them both weekends...

As is comparing my purchase to his bike, I don't ride whoops nor a factory bike.

As is stating a 2006 bike, which lets just be real and say would have obviously been in pristine condition and in way a disadvantage was not the reason that kid you've brought up won that title...is it a handicap? No, the kid won the title, not the bike, he would have won regardless

And as for Jessy himself, it can't have been too bad, he smoked everyone at a1, a wp bike came 2nd, and beat a bunch of other bikes at Phoenix... Are the rest all junk too?

He said he made a shock change in a post race interview and he'll go back this week.... he was visually pulling everyone everywhere else... Like I said, Kenny was fine through whoops last year, just setup.

Next step I post video of kenny and James at a1 whoops last year. Remember, where the ktm is going straight as a dye and James is being spit off his yellow bike? Setup.

Do you honestly think KTMs are the only bikes that have snapped in half? Work the Google. You'll find they're not.

Prior to this I've had another ktm, a Honda, 2 Suzukis and about 5 yamahas. All of which has nothing to do with pro bikes performance or setup or how they work on a Supercross track, much less my purchasing decision. None at all. Who the fuck barracks for a bike brand?!

Have Suzuki progressed the Sport with their recent designs? Their current 450 is basically the same as the 08 model and they were about last of the jap bikes to the party with it.

Nelson said he made a shock change and it wasn't working. I said its setup regarding whoops. Read before you post.

If you're gonna say it's rider, that works against you because then it's Jessy that has an issue and not the bike...

Your arguments are completely retarded. When you wanna base it on the fact that I have a orange bike but then pour over the benefits of your precious yellow ones with self defeating reasoning, then what is the point?
