If there was even a rumor about a rumor of him being cleared to line up at A1, there would be 10 threads of dumb about it.

Feld is probably not happy and the AMA isn't for sure.. I can't imagine there is nothing going on.. And Suzuki of Japan has to have some pull, I can't see it being dead in the water?

I heard from a very reliable source (which I can't publicly name) that he is cleared and will be there racing. Whistling

Feld and AMA can't do anything this has already been covered. AMA answers to FIM and at this point FIM is answering to WADA. I wouldn't bet on him being at any of the SX races, nationals maybe.

Has there been any reports of him still riding?

Riding and training, yes. But there is no way he is on the line for A1.

They can't actually stop him from racing right? I mean, his points would be stripped but he could actually still line up and race in protest right?

I think this would actually be pretty cool, but I believe that if he is suspended he cannot legally line up.

he does not currently have a race licence, so yes they can stop him riding,

but in saying this he has as much chance as anyone to bust into the stadium and start from the back row of the grid,

James keeps talking like that he will have another fan in me. I wasn't a big fan of Stew when he was battling RC, I always thought he was cocky and a punk. However the Stewart of late is showing some humbleness and heart.

I mean seriously if you don't like watching the guy ride how can you call yourself a fan of moto? The dude rides full throttle every time and is a whisker away from an all out yard sale every time he throws a leg over the bike.

Sucks he is not at A1 no matter what side of the fence you are on concerning WADA.

That's not how it works in reality.

What good will that do? When someone suggest this type of thing I am reminded of a kid pitching a fit when if they sat back and thought about it they would realize they should have followed the rules in the first place. I want to see him race just like everyone else but this deserves a "come on man" response.

Sorry hartebreak, with all the times someone has suggested this I had to say it. Carry on guys........

Good comment right here. I have been a fan but I like the way he represents himself thru all this. With Class......

Did the FIM ever hear his appeal?

I hate to beat a dead horse, but look to the NFL. They suspended Detroit Lions defensive linemen yesterday for a dirty move on Sunday. Due to the game next Sunday, they will expidite his appeal hearing. Take note FIM. This whole thing is a joke.

Don't think anyone will disagree with you here. Taking way too long.

How would lining up and racing be illegal? US or State law literally says he can't race?

The same reason a person in the stands can't bring a bike and race.

He does NOT hold an FIM racing license at this time. It's like driving without a license.....except everyone already knows you don't have it. They wouldn't let him line up. And if he did....and some how flipped the middle finger at FIM and WADA.....I don't think you would ever see him race a legal pro event again.

What are your chances of lining up the family truckster at a NASCAR Cup race?

Also, let's not forget - let's *not* forget, Dude - that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city - that aint legal either.
