"LORETTA LYNN'S AMA NATIONAL MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP" All we have to do is remove "AMATEUR" Now does that make you happy?

It's a National Championship and should be the best riders in the country.....simple as that in my opinion.

I think having full factory bikes and riders in B class is a bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

What do the words ‘professional’ & ‘amateur’ actually mean? Its irrelevant how fast anyone is, or once was- are they a ‘professional’ right now?? *Does applying for and gaining a race licence which allows you to race in the ‘pros’ actually mean you’re a ‘professional’??

I’m not saying anyone is/isn’t using PEDs, but this day and age with ped technology, event day testing is useless. You can have EPO out of your system on a set date, and still have all the benefits for months. You can dose test/HGH on Monday, and have it undetectable on Saturday. There’s a lot of ways to mask test/HGH. One of the biggest ways to mask steroids is secretion inhibitors, but they can effect your stomach by acting like food poisoning, or irritable bowel syndrome, look over the past and see how many riders have had those issues and...

The point many people seem to miss with PEDS, is that for many of them its not the difference they make to a specific event performance directly.....but their impact on training and preparation So when people argue that PED's aren't going to help line selection, technique in ruts, ability to go full send over XYZ feature; they're missing the point...

Bike problem. From another news report.... "The throttle cable popped off in between the tube and the housing, it just got jammed and I couldn’t even release the throttle."

Usa seem to think the 250 result is important as a half bad rider could get 25th where a half bad 450 guy would get 12th. So I think hunter on the 250. 3rd could be beaton. He has mxgp experience. And I don't know if ppl noticed he was pitted with/to the the side of hrc. Using a hrc mechanic and facilities. And team Australia normally just rent a bike. Something team USA don't understand. Apparently the whole team kawi has to go. And Anderson can't just ride a krt mxgp bike with his parts.

Yeah, he rode last week at the "battle of the teams" event at Taupo (fundraiser for the MXON campaign). I believe its an injury where while its possible to still ride (with knee braces, strapping etc...) it's not ideal. And long term seriously limiting to his performance. So they've taken the decision to get it right for future seasons

Yeah. I'm not sure if he's had the (knee) surgery yet. But apparently it's been scheduled, and he'll also miss the NZ summer season.

I cannot understand at all why any moto fan would “Hate” another racing series. A sizeable percentage of the American riders in WSX wouldn’t be racing outdoors anyway. Many of the teams wouldn’t be racing. Think MCR, Bud Racing, etc would have the funding to race our National Series? Nobody is funding the teams or riders to race the GP’s either. Think many if any of these teams could afford to race in Indonesia back to back for zero dollars? My point is that more; Teams, Riders, Mechanics, Techs, journalists, etc, etc having a job is a great thing. The...

Or..... the current talent pool in top tier SX is relatively small, because there are only a few nation's outside of the USA where there are domestic SX series for riders to develop skills in. If a global series such as WSX gets a foothold. That potentially leads to more events in other nations developing riders that feed to that...

If that's true, it would hint that it is not a doping infringement, and is something else that is being investigated. Generally 4yr is the maximum doping ban. When athletes have received longer bans than that in a doping cases (eg recently there was an NZ runner banned for 8); the doping itself is a 4yr ban, and there has...
It may well be conduct related (note - I know nothing of this specific investigation). While Sports Integrity Australia does include anti-doping, it does have a much broader scope and mandate in terms of keeping sport safe/fair/clean. From the "what we do" section of their website... " Our role is to protect Australian sport from the: > use of prohibited...
America is the only country that has a major SX series, if anything, it will open up supercross to more riders and deepen the tallent pool over the term. The same people that want WSX to fail are the same ones that don't want to see riders like Jett, Hunter, Dylan and other foreign riders to succeed.

Cole Davies, long way from home. Had to be intimidating for him. He rode super well. Hasn’t been on a big bike long, kid is small. Shame he didn’t get much coverage.
