Preston Boespflug sure made it hard on Deegan. I’d love to have been in the pits to hear the the camps “talking it out.” The cross jumping and wild riding to keep Deegan from passing was pretty wild!  Not sure how much the tv covered it but watching those 2 go at it at the race was crazy.

I wish the Futures was a West/East coast series so we could see these guys race more.

I don’t think they showed Preston at all on tv, which is a bummer because I really wanted to see how his style translates to supercross.

He looked pretty good when he wasn’t trying to kill 238!  Haha.

bennick was actually looked super composed. have to eat crow on him. he was super solid.

The first few laps were wild, but Bennick appeared to be the only one who was calm and consistent the whole race = win

The Pressure on Deegan has got to be unbelievable…guessing the nerves and adrenaline got to him. In time he will hopefully get that under control..

Shout out Casey Cochran, I feel like he doesn’t get the hype he deserves. That kid has been ripping for a while and got 2nd as an “intermediate”

Cole Davies, long way from home. Had to be intimidating for him. He rode super well. Hasn’t been on a big bike long, kid is small. Shame he didn’t get much coverage.

His podium speech made me a fan. Kid couldn't have been more stoked to be there.

100% this. Awesome performance on a big stage. Great kid. Small in stature, and young still. But also still early in his athletic development. Excited for what's to come

No you typically have to run it on the jersey too, either way you have no clue what your talking about.

It was looking like dax was going to be second fiddle at the star amateur program to deegan but with a ride like that he definitely put himself in position to be looked at to go pro next weekend. I wonder if they would move one up without the other? Would that be a huge hit to the ego if they said dax youre doing east next weekend but not haiden, will be interesting to watch.

I actually heard from a reputable source that Dax's dad paid for his ride at Star too. I bet the invoices stop coming pretty soon.
