My guess, KTM wanted Chase to stay. Chase says no way, I'm going green and I already signed. Chase isn't happy with the bike and doesn't want to ride it anymore than he has to. KTM not happy with Chase leaving and complaining about the bike. They eventually decide to split and figure out how to do it. We hear within the next few weeks. Meanwhile, Chase is already getting Kawi ready for 2026 SX. Just my uneducated guess.

Out west we want a 300. Riding a 125 in the desert sucks and in the sand, forget it. A full line, 125, 250 and 300 would be great but going through all the work it will take to tool up to build 2ts again would be a waste foe just one model.
