When do the new two strokes get released does anyone have embargo date ?
A while back on swaomoto Don said the bike had been pushed back and it will be a 2027 model... probably won't see anything untill end of 25 or early 26
What? 2027, can anyone verify thay?
June will be a announcement
Yeah I heard won’t be coming out for 2026! Pretty dumb they posted a teaser video so long ago

Singular not plural
I don’t see the point of developing a brand new model if they’re gonna build only one of it.
I would not be surprised if a new or heavily updated 65cc and 85cc release for ‘26 and the bigger bore all-new model is what is pushed to ‘27.
Epic fail on the marketing. At least let people know what it is right now.
Can confirm: a connection I trust told me that will be a '27 model.
All that really means is that it won't go into production until 2026. We may see them early, or it may be a traditional late-summer release along with the rest of the '27s.
I agree & the talk of a is 300 Lame. Goes to show ya how disconnected they r from what is going on in the country. The 125 class is usually the biggest class . 2nd is the 2-st class some tracks 250c is rt there .
Simple, carb’d 125 and 250 in a current chassis is all people are asking for.
Offer the 300 kit as a KHI “Hard Parts” option. More folks are after a 250 smoker than a 300 IMHO.
300 Kit takes care of the problem.
Only in your mind bro.
They may have hired the "new coke" marketing team...... Just saying.
Look up results Aztalan , Xmas, pine ridge, Millville , red Bud 125 class 24to 30+ riders. Easier to get sponsorship on a 125 too . A local 125 racer can earn more in sponsorship than a 450a rider can win in purse money in a season . They cut checks 500 to 2,000 that pays for travel & racing expenses.
I don’t think your little slice of the Midwest rings true for the rest of the country.
10 pages if I had to guess!
The people with the money who buy new bikes (Vet riders) we want 300cc
Out west we want a 300. Riding a 125 in the desert sucks and in the sand, forget it. A full line, 125, 250 and 300 would be great but going through all the work it will take to tool up to build 2ts again would be a waste foe just one model.
Pit Row
300 off-road bikes have better margins than anything mx.
A friend I trust, told me he overheard a conversation at a bus stop, about some guy they knew at school who overheard someone at the football, who was commenting to a friend about reading a comment on an Instagram post that someone said it was coming out in only weeks. Who should we believe? I trust him.
You should rephrase your thread title as a question. The way it is now it looks hopeful as if it 's actually going to contain some information about the proposed bike(s) and now we've got 2 threads like that to check that have no updates.
dealers around me are saying the reps told them late summer of 26, so it'll be a 27 model. They are also being told the the date they chose of the original release has more weight then most people think. 1/25 = 125
i guess youve never experienced off road racing lol

The two most popular bikes in the Vet classes in our Hare Scramble series is an Austrian 350 4 stroke or an Austrian 300 2 stroke. A 300 is the play.
That's what it sounds like, I know. 😆
The thing is, this person, whose job probably depends on keeping this a secret, confided in me. I have no reason to doubt him. He would definitely know.
I believe my friend.... He also confirms, as he was on a train the other day, he was able to lip read a person on a passing train, going the other way... they were saying they overheard a discussion some deaf people were having, on the other side of the street, using sign language. He didn't understand sign, but, he thinks he got the feel of what was going on. Something about 'the new KX 2 strokes release was imminent'. Yep, he got all that from lip reading a passenger passing the other way at 110 mph terminal. Not bad.
I live in Japan, I’m quite involved in the automotive scene, particularly drifting and street racing. I don’t know anyone at Kawasaki personally, but many of my friends in the Auto industry do, there is quite a lot of overlap. One of my buddies that works at a fender shop out in Fukushima actually dates one of the girls that works the phones at Kawasaki. The other night we were out at this amazing Ramen restaurant out in the mountains near Fukushima city, I overheard him talking to his partner on the phone during our meal. They spoke Japanese so I didn’t catch it all perfectly, but from what I can tell, they didn’t mention the Kawasaki 2 stroke, he was asking if she had fed their cat. We enjoyed the rest of our ramen and took a fun drive through the mountains after.
Hope that clears things up 😊
What a dick 🤣 I like it, nice work
Nice— For a minute there I thought that story was going to devolve into a Prof125 ramble about the Japanese mob and hot Ukrainian dispatchers , but with proper spelling, punctuation and grammar….
