Apparently the FFM is allowing the Stark Varg to compete in the SX Tour, but is NOT allowing Thomas to accrue any championship points on the bike. This is why you will not see his name in the current SX2 rankings, despite having decent finishes so far on the machine. It seems some are considering first complete bikes as customer bikes? Would you even want your first bikes to be customer bikes? Teething problems, initial production issues. Don't plan on buying one even if I was interested I would not go first year on a start up company I don't even do that with established manufacturers. Their business practices are a little off-putting long delays and apparently little communication with paying customers. Doesn't seem like they can get bikes off the assembly line yet not sure how long it will be until the profitable. Hope you enjoy your bike if you ever get it and I hope they're around long enough for you to get your spare parts nothing wrong with having another manufacturer in this sport👍

I've had good luck with Stark with the exception of the initial wait, placed the order on 12-14-21 and received it 7-21-23. They called mid/late June to confirm I still wanted it and they sent me an invoice. A week or so went by then received a shipment notification with a tracking number. Another week or two later I received a call from the shipping company letting me know it was in Los Angeles and we scheduled the delivery. Yes. There was a brand new at our local track in Bellingham WA last night. Local vet B rider, picked it up at dealer in Lynwood yesterday morning and raced it last night. He had no time to figure out any of the settings, just unloaded it, hit practice then raced it for 3 moto's. By the 2nd moto he had it looking pretty good. Yes, paid in full. I received an email a couple months ago stating that the bike was ready to go into production soon, and that I needed to finish my payment. Once payment was completed I had someone from Stark call me to confirm, and now I’m just waiting for the shipping confirmation. He mentioned that they were likely about a month behind my original ship date, but part of that was my fault because I waited about a week to make my full payment. For a brand new brand out of the crate to have power, suspension and handling so competitive certainly is impressive. SX is extremely challenging to even be in the ball park on handling and suspension. And You can bet all the other manufacturers are keeping a very close eye on this to see if they are going to make improvements to stay competitive on a race track.
