I just reached out to Honda Racing management and Lawrence management; both responded, stating the rumors are BS, no further crashes or injuries have taken place, and he will be racing this weekend.

So what the fuck is the point of this thread? Were you hoping for a juice box and a pat one head telling you everything's going to be ok? If you're that worried about it, put a stop payment on it through your bank/credit card, then go do like someone else suggested and buy a replica plate, take it to a race and have him sign it in person.

Here's something for you to consider, kaidodragon : Make a listing, showing The Championship points, but, with sub listings showing the Points gained from the 2 Motos, And, a listing for the the points earned through the Qualifying Motos. There's a shedload of points that can be earned through the Qualis. Not being a 'Maths and Statistics' man like you, I've not really added up the points gained just through the 2 Main Motos, but I think, 'Larges' lead is greatly assisted by the points he's got through the Qualies. And, that, is how it should be. I like that...

Oh so another racer has never lost control and crashed into another downed rider? What if the downed rider had a broken back but not paralyzed yet, and someone lands on him and creates a worse issue? As soon as the medical people saw he had lack of feeling in his legs and couldn't move the red flag should have been out.

You can't argue with Deegan fans, seriously. I saw a comment online from a Deegan fan saying Deegan was "intentionally going slow in the Salt Lake whoops so he could play and mess with Davies and that's the only reason Davies catched him." They will just make up things in their own mind. They're literally like flat-earthers, the lights are on, but nobody's home.

I just want to see all of them get good starts and battle the whole 30+2. I also think we might have recency bias and forgot how good Jett is.

He has earned it to be able to pick his team/plans for the future. Never been a fan, but I would never deny his talent. He mentioned turning 30, and if he has the luxury of picking his terms, and it keeps a bad dude on the gate another couple years, God bless him. I think it is awesome that his group of badasses are still banging bars into their 30's at the top level. I wish him the best.
