Most important post in here along with T-Mac’s. As for snatching up 40,000 pristine acres in Utah? FUCK OFF! How many closed military installations do we have that would suit the need? Damn. We’re not that smart when it comes to accountability. We let greed and stupidity run our world.

We are right at the other end of the lake. Doesn’t seem like anyone other than the Governor, and the project owners are in favor of this. We finally just got the magnesium plant closed, now this. Considering you can almost walk to Antelope island, I would really like to know where the water is going to come from.

I smoked from 14-21. I switched to chew. All the men in my family smoked and, “partied hard”. One thing I never did was let my kids know I smoked or, chewed. I’d go without those things and, drinking when I was around them. I figured, kids with parents that did any of those things would pick it up. Thankfully, none of them started. Sorry for the loss of your brother. And, no. Nobody is perfect.

Yep...I remember that. I smoked for 20 years...Marlboro red. Quit in 2008. I found things I wanted more than cigarettes. Didn't beat nicotine right then though...ended up using Copenhagen black for the next 7 years. One day in 2015 I got tired of the raw spot on the inside of my lip and quit that too. Like Chance I didn't give it another thought. In 2022 I quit drinking. I needed to do that because it was a problem for me....taking me places in my head I didn't want to be.
