I’ve always appreciated and enjoyed RacerTV streaming amateur motocross for the masses on YouTube. Not sure the reasoning to go behind a paywall with Flo, but $40 a month is not something I’m willing to pay. I appreciate Matty B for his coverage.

Guys that spend $12k on a bike, $600 helmets, $40 gloves, $600 boots, $50k truck to run around in, $100 goggles, $200 pants, $70 jerseys, $500 on bike gas a year and have multiples of everything....complaining about $40. Seems about right.

Guys that pride themselves on bucking the mainstream, appreciate alternative sports, towing the company line. Seems about right

You seem to be missing the point completely. If a restaurant I support were to suddenly start charging me a booth rental fee I should just be fine with it since I spend a lot of money on food each year anyway?? Although I respect your carefree outlook towards new costs, I just don’t share it.

This friggin sport has been eating it's own for decades. It's the only way it will survive. It will never be Nascar...MLB or NFL size...EVER. Hell, it's basically on par, or slightly more, with the PBA in terms of TV viewership. You like the sport...I like the sport. Well, it costs money and it's WAAAAYYY to small to attract any really large outside revenue TV dollars. So, suck it up boys. It will never get any better. But, it is much better than it used to be a couple decades ago.

Seems like a dumb choice on their part: tens of thousands of viewers with free live stream or maybe a few thousand with a paid stream. Maybe the ads weren’t paying the bills.

Flo Racing paying 1K to every class winner. $500 for 2nd. $250 for 3rd. That's awesome.

Posted it in another thread

250 B is on track and we see Weege talking to Mark Floreani the Founder and CEO of FloSports in the booth.

Back to on track action, still talking about FloSports

Everyone that subscribed to Flo for Loretta's needs to check back with the rest of us in about 3 months to let us know how the cancellation process is working out for you.  Make sure to check your card statements.  IYKYK

MXSports does own amateur and Pro motocross now.

a monopoly that I have never liked

So where will 2027 SX/MX coverage be headed to?

I guess my title was a little too rough and tumble for the vital crew. Just brutal. Absolutely brutal. These current times we live in are so shitty even online. Back in the Mototalk days the shit that I would say 25 times a day… Now I can't even have a title of a thread without having it changed out...Ghey

That's what pisses me off.  Everyone talks about how long the season is.  This makes it two weeks longer.  And I don't want to hear, that it gives guys time to rest and recover.  Keep racing MX and then do a two-week break before SMX if you want. But this is ridiculous.

I would hope that after paying out over $2.5 million to settle the previous lawsuit that Flo learned their lesson.

Anyone tried to watch it on Flo and had issues? I come from dirt racing so I already had a subscription. I haven’t been able to get anything to load multiple times today.

I’m watching most the races in the 2 hour window on prime, i’ll catch up matty b’s videos later, thankful it’s on prime, just wish they showed more and we were able to rewind. It’s under live tv on prime, i found lorettas at the very top.

This isn't something MX Sports pushes on the industry, this is something the industry asks from MX Sports so they don't have to have two groups in two places at the same time. Sorry you guys don't have anything to watch on TV this weekend, maybe go outside and do something?

Which is yet another example of why people like Gypsy Ho trying to make motocross like F1 is absurd.

I have it on my TV either from roku or Amazon and I have to let it sit there for 5 mins before it will load and play

Question, do any of you complaining go to work and work for free. I do not know what the production costs would be for RacerTV to film for over a week, but it would be a lot. I would guess at least $20K and no real revenue coming in. With FLO, they are most likely paying enough or sharing the sales money to cover the production costs. Just because something started small and was free you guys think it should be free for ever. No one works for free or at least very long. I am sure the long range goal will be to put more money into the show as sales grow and make it better and better. You guys have nothing invested and want something for free, things usually do not work that way.

Looks like my comment is about to get hidden due to downvotes. But you are 100 percent accurate.

I spent $30 for a copay and $42 on an antibiotic this morning for my son. $40 for 6 full days of racing coverage is nothing.

Pay it if you want to watch it. Don’t pay it if you don’t. That’s how a free market economy works.

Were they getting money last year? Our BMX Pro’s were getting money last year and FLO kicked in some extra purse $$, but it wasn’t a lot and was spread out over the season.

And comments like this piss me off as they clearly are coming from people who don’t know their butt from a hole in the ground.

So good for you on talking tough, I guess.
