If you want to grow the sport the local tracks have to change their style: so many local tracks have an sx influence, or a monster jam influence or an insta banger influence. Make the tracks flow, safe, and doable to normal humans. I’ve known people who grew up riding in the woods, in pits, in backyard tracks, who have legit bike skills, now are older with jobs let’s say 25-35 who won’t ride many of the local tracks because they’re just too extreme. The jumps are too peaky, the landings aren’t forgiving enough, and there’s simply too many obstacles...

First, he’s significantly better outdoors than he is in Supercross. Second, the 450 he rode in WSX likely had very little test time in sx, they were international races that don’t really mean anything and he clearly improved his supercross game between then and the 26 sx season. Might be a little too name - calling there Owen, but I get it. When you look at the riders and fans he constantly insults whether openly or passive aggressively, all the while a lot of them are far more accomplished humans than he is, he seems like a pretty small person. Like alot of these talking heads, his only achievements are being discussing the achievements of others, nothing else. His career is an observer rather than an achiever. This weeks review pod is so cringey. Matthes comes off as a tool. He won’t even engage JT when Jason backs him into a corner over the Roczen talk. It sucks that as a fan of the sport if we want info we have to listen to these guys.

Steve Mathes is a bum. Looks like he's insulting Eli to get views - I wish everyone would stop listening to him. Never liked his arrogance, and him coming onto vital to defend Rich Taylor after shutting down my favorite track (LACR) was his nail in the coffin for me.

I always assumed that logo originated with Honda corporate. I'm almost 100% sure they had it in their marketing materials in the early '80s. Of course, it wouldn't surprise me if they copied it from JT Racing too.

Yeah, good point. I recognize my position is unorthodox; a racer with 2-1-1 finishes over the last three races definitely seems like they have more momentum than a racer that went 1-18-3. But context is key here. Go back 6 races and it’s Roczen’s 4-3-5-2-1-1 vs Lawrence’s 1-2-1-1-18-3. I think the rebound is the momentum difference.

Kenny has been on a different level the last 2 races. Unless you are seeing something im missing. Then I would say Kenny has the momentum.
