Agreed, I was never under the impression that Vince intended to take him out. Alternatively, though I think there was an intent to do exactly what he did and hope to hell it worked out. Stupid decision - yes, accidental - no, high probability of it going ... more »
Damn Jasonv43, where do you find that stuff?
I really thought that Vince had corrected is style over the last few years and started focusing on racing forward. If anything, his conduct has proved me wrong. Personally, I see this as a two prong problem. One prong being Vince's overly aggressive ... more »
LOL, on a more serious note, did anyone really expect Friese to do anything different? We’ve been watching the same old shit for at least the last 10 years

Probably ought to amend that to those in the process of rendering medical aid.
P.s. I’d be in favor of a rule to the effect that if you hit a medic (including roosting) your dq’d regardless of “fault”
Don, I agree that the crew didn’t handle it well, but, McAdoo can see them all on the track in front of him, the tough block, people running around, etc. Maybe he could have slowed a little and gone higher in the turn? Much like traffic laws, you can’t ... more »
You approve of the rider’s actions?
I think we see it differently. How tough is it to just give the area a little more room as a rider and avoid the entire problem. Interesting, that McAdoo didn’t even acknowledge the incident or say “I hope they’re ok” in his podium speech. Silence speaks ... more »
Let me understand, unless there’s a red cross flag it’s open season on medics and downed riders?
