Is it just me or is Katie Osborn someone you'd like to see at every outdoor race. She's sharp knows her stuff and easy on the eyes.

I was stoked on her story about her and her family attending the Honda/MSF Off Road Riding School.

And, yes, she was a nice addition to the show.

You're talking about the girl who didn't know the terminology for a footpeg? "As he moves his foot on the... the..." I get she's not a mechanic and shouldn't know about the injector in the airbox but c'mon, to be a pit reporter you need to know a thing or two.

 No thanks

I've always said she's the best at being the token female pit reporter.

I've always said the token male pit reporter should be a slightly less dorky Marty Reid and I'll be damned if that isn't Jason Thomas.

With those two, we are doing good, trackside.

I laughed out loud at Mitch Payton calmly explaining to her that you get more points with each pass. Reminded me of watching a race with my pre schooler asking questions.

I'm not sure how many of these she has done, but she was clearly uncomfortable, frequently fumbled her words, and was difficult to hear a lot of the time. She has many opportunities for improvement. I sincerely hope she finds her stride bc this weekend was rough.

I usually don't partake in the weekly broadcast dogpile but she seemed really lost. Maybe she had a dozen directors in her ear feeding information while she was trying to interview riders?

Ashley Reynard is the best female track reporter hands down!

I get there’s nuances that make pit reporting a difficult job but that was noticeably bad this week, sorry to step on her flowers

The very best Female MC 'pit reporter' / Interviewer, that I've seen, is Grace Webb.

Came across her years ago with seeing a few episodes of Grace's Amazing Machines, aimed at youngsters, which she took over from another Woman.

When I found them, I would often use them as entertainment / educative pieces on rainy  / heatwave days in Primary School / Childcare centers.

She's a Qualified Teacher / Head Teacher , and, if you are concerned with her MC / Auto racing 'background', well she's the Grand Daughter of Tom Wheatcroft, owner of Donington Park.

She and her family have been around Racing, for decades. Her brothers have raced - she has not, but she's been a Road Rider since she could get a license. And I'd say she would have done innumerable laps around Donington

Does great interviews, without dumbing it down / playing the 'girl' thing, while Not being a know it all.

Does a lot of TV, and, has been doing the Isle Of Man  TT+ grid coverage for a few years now . She and Lee Johnson, make a great team !

Lisa Leyland is good, too.

She's been around for yonks, knows the sport, and the riders and teams. Does a great job

I caught the foot peg thing. She can fumble her words I don’t care as long as it ain’t Wil with her 10 minute monologues of meaningless dribble. She does try to make a point and get out. The Mitch interview during a race was absolutely dumb and I’m not sure that was her decision. On a side note why do we need two trackside reporters anyway? Two in the booth and one person on the ground is plenty. JT’s takes and insights are untouchable vs the others so by default that job should be solely his.

I think she moved on from TV stuff but Georgia Lyndsay was the best female reporter this series had imo. If were including Supercross its Jenny Taft

She didn’t say “Daytoner”. No, not once.

Why do we have so many foreign accents on our broadcasts? Watched MXGP and AusMX, you know what I didn’t hear? Not one American.

I think the bottom line is that the entire broadcast team is significantly better than it is during Supercross.

I like Katie and thought she did a great job last year but being her first race this year...she was a little rusty.

But I like em all including the very charming Erin Bates 😀

Haley Shanley should be the only hole on the broadcasts.

Take a recording of MXGP and how Lisa Leyland is only interviews and podium interviews. I don't need to hear them throw it down to her every 5 minutes. JT is a former racer who does not get as much air time.
