You guys got me curious. I was gonna say it was from the revolutionary war but turns out it was even before then.
I hope Kenny can pull off some magic but I think Hunter just reaffirmed last night what he has all year. He's the top sx rider in 2026. It took his big crash in Detroit and a couple of mud races to make this championship so close. Maybe the stars can align and Kenny can dig deep for one more race. Otherwise Hunter has got this
Hunter is not the only one who had bad luck this year. What if Hunter didn’t take Kenny out or Kenny didn’t land on AP? His only two big points losses have not come from his own mistakes.
Hunter on the other hand has crashed, by himself to lose the points he has. I have a bad feeling Hunter is going to win next weekend but pray that we see a very fast version of Kenny.
It sucks that one of those two great guys will lose out. Sport is brutal.
What ever happens i hope that both riders are able to race to their full potential and that there won't be any issues with bikes, crashes etc.

Common sense says Hunter. He has better stamina than Ken, does better starts and has (in the dry races) been the better one of them this year.
I get it that people root for the old guy just like they root for Eli. But I would not bet my house on Roczen to beat Hunter straight up on pure speed or stamina in normal conditions.

So conflicted!! I've always wanted Kenny to get a SX title, but when Jett got injured, I thought this could the year Hunter gets himself a SX title. This late in his career, I really didn't have Kenny on my short list of contenders at the beginning of the season. That said, whichever one of them wins, I'll be happy!
