Obviously the moto media knew about this and decided not to report?  Had to know it was going to come out at some point.

Domestic is tough.  I've seen a woman flat out lie,  and or half truths.  But more often I've seen a dude who's just a pos with a temper who tries to justify things.

Is it just a thing in the USA that you guys wanna hide athletes actions when this type of thing happens? I don't get the people 'take this shit down' blah blah... why? I get he's your hero but it's just wild to me you wanna hide it and ignore it.

And before all the 'innocent til proven guilty' bs... there's no smoke without fire, and any actions like this toward a woman are cowardly, period.

"There's no smoke without fire". I gotta disagree with this statement.

While there are A LOT of sick and unpredictable men out there for sure, there is also some batshit crazy women that would do and say absolutely anything to destroy a mans life.

Just recently Illia Topurias (current UFC lightweight champ) wife for example filed for divorce. Topuria offered her 50% of his assets. She then went further and filed an domestic violence and abuse complaint. She threatened to release evidence that never existed. Topuria said she blackmailed her. Topuria pursued legal action for attempted extortion and falsification of evidence, apparently provided voice recordings and video material of her blackmailing him. Turned out he was talking to other women on social media and his wife then wanted full custody of the kid and more than just 50% of his assets. The case has been officially dismissed and both sides reached a settlement.

There are/were literally men in prison due to false rape or violence/abuse accusations. The amount of names or amount of years in prison because of false accusations when you google this topic is actually sickening and it's insane to me that false accusations (proved wrong by evidence) are rarely punished by law.

This is just a general statement towards the "there's no smoke without fire" phrase and not about the current Anderson situation by the way.

Kenzie probably made her IG private because she was getting swamped with new step dad applications.

Sure, but I wasn't (obviously) saying no smoke without fire applies to all circumstances. I was commenting on the Anderson case (this thread).

2 things stick out to me in this thread.

1. It’s wild how much info is publicly available in the US prior to a conviction.

2. It’s even more staggering how many people on this forum seem to think hitting a woman is ok, and/or understandable.

Based on what these people write, I can only imagine what they actually think

I have no idea what Jason did, that’s for a justice system and his loved ones to decide, but some of the people on this thread are absolute bellends.

Found another abusive pos.

Disliking abuse and abusive men is not a partisan issue btw.  People from all walks of life are victims of this and perpetrators.  Likely has effected most of us at one point or another and if you’re a man you get to decide how you treat women and your children…if you think they deserve physical violence you’re one of the bad ones.

Because grabbing someone isn’t the same as repeatedly punching them in the face. Both are domestic violence, but both will have different charges and punishments.

Not going to justify DV, Anderson will have be held accountable for his actions, but leave it to Vitalmx to kick a guy when he’s down. Half you love sitting there on your keyboards and judge others.

I took it to mean $180K annually, paid monthly, but those types of forms are not always the most instructive in the world.

That might be (no knowledge of it whatsoever) the absolute minimum 'guaranteed' amount of salary that he makes per year, not his total with bonuses, etc.  Again, no first-hand (or even second-hand really) knowledge, but if I remember correctly several riders had clauses that cut their pay deeeeeply if they were injured and/or missed races.  Jason could have a contract that pays him a smaller amount of guaranteed money, $180K for example, plus $XX K per race he actually does, plus finishing place bonuses.  In that hypothetical, then the $180K would be considered the 'base' salary for his PMG contract.

I think.

Even at $180K annually I think it would be tough to be declared indigent, but as I was sort of asking earlier I wonder if it is something that just automatically gets filed in criminal cases like this no matter the resources of the accused.

PMG Suzuki, A-Star gear, Airoh Helmets, Monster, and 100% goggles, a podium guy, 180k a month doesn’t seem out of reach.

This is a dumbass Andrew Tate type take.  Monster energy girls are fine.  A girlfriend of mine was very hot and did promotional stuff at events and was a great partner and has a family with a good dude now.

I get that some of them end up with riders because of their status but a lot of them are just really attractive and some of them also legitimately like motorsports.

Also a lot of the riders are dating monster girls because of their “status” in a way as well.  Both people are putting each other on an idealized pedestal. It happens.  Dating is hard and there are people being weird everywhere.

None of this ever warrants abuse.  That’s why devaluing people because they’re, say, a monster girl is so damaging.  Now her being attractive and in the limelight makes her less “legitimate” and more ok to abuse in some peoples eyes.  Which is insane because at the same time these guys saying they might deserve it think the monster girl is like pique hotness…but they’re too caught up in their dumbass web to find a way to see people as just an individual.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll go tell my coworkers that I need to find new work because a guy on vital told me to move on. Just trying to have a little fun on a Sunday afternoon. I call it cable all day with my contractors and you are right the majority of the work is underground.
