i could be wrong but in states like florida if the victim recants their statement it cant be used as evidence and that was the reason the prosecutors gave for not moving forward with charges was lack of evidence. However it will be stated for the millionth time that the neighbors are the ones who called the cops after they...

"There's no smoke without fire". I gotta disagree with this statement. While there are A LOT of sick and unpredictable men out there for sure, there is also some batshit crazy women that would do and say absolutely anything to destroy a mans life. Just recently Illia Topurias (current UFC lightweight champ) wife for example filed for divorce. Topuria offered her 50% of his assets. She then went further and filed an domestic violence and abuse complaint. She threatened to release evidence that never existed. Topuria said she blackmailed her. Topuria pursued legal action for attempted extortion and falsification of...

People really struggle with the whole concept of innocent until proven guilty.... it's a great standard, for the courts..... There's no reason at all you have to apply it personally in any other situation. You'd be stupid to do so in a lot of situations, and this is one of them. If you want to give him the benefit of the doubt, go for it. I'm not going to and I'm going to sleep just fine tonight. Feel free to judge me just as harshly if you ever come across my mugshot and police report with same details. Have you...

Insurance isn't our issue, thankfully. It's time. Jason and Bryan both have a multitude of other projects going on concurrently, and there are just a few things left - on the infrastructure side - that have to happen before any big, big moves are made. We will be announcing some more limited ride days on the youth, and hopefully vet, tracks for November. Full tilt opening is still TBD, but obviously in the works. Bottom line, we're not going to open until everything is correct from safety, to operations, and everything in between. We want this to be a country...

The dirt at Elsinore isnt as bad as people make it seem, its more of a myth that the dirt is to blame and not the lack of true week to week track prep. ill take the word of jason baker who builds tracks and my personal experience of riding there for 25 years. If you have the right equipment...

Riding a bike without a helmet on is a problem. I'm amazed how many ride through the pits without a helmet. I get it isn't really that dangerous. It just shouldn't happen, ever. Seems there needs to be a required user license of track etiquette and norms that riders need to acquire before riding a track. Things like how to enter/exit, how to ride in the pits, what to do if you crash, or someone else crashes, and tracks should have basic operation norms also. I took my kids to camp Woodward over the summer. Your first time there, you...

I attended a Amateur race this year for the first time in 4-5 years. And I couldn’t believe how out of control the pit situation is. Everyone has a sur Ron and they have there own personal track built in the pit area. It’s like they get more “seat time” in the pits on a pit bike or e bike and no one’s just getting from point a to b.

just a point of clarification because it matters to me because i saw the crash at the perris race you mentioned, the perris track employees / flaggers dropped the second gate without checking if the track was clear causing the two groups of riders to crash into each other. The club racing had nothing to do with gate drops usually...
I was at that race yesterday and saw the entire thing. The current perris layout has the people taking off from the start cross the track and then loop back around and cross where they just came from. Gate 1 took off and as they were coming around for whatever reason the gate operator dropped the gate for gate #2...
