Haha thanks. There are still normal people here believe it not,  but we are outnumbered. We’ve been over it a thousand times but I don’t know what the fuck happened to the people around here. We used to have drag strips and moto x tracks, dirt oval tracks, road race tracks, off-road parks etc etc. Trust me those of us who’ve been here for over 60 years aren’t happy about it. It’s like we got over run by fucking pussy’s. All my friends my age (67) feel the same way. Who the fuck invited these assholes here, and why don't they like motorsports and racetracks ? The whole place has gotten soft. The kids have padded playgrounds and get participation trophy’s and get carted around in $80k mom bomb SUV’s or have electric bikes to get around. Give me a break we played on dirt and threw rocks at each other and had to walk or pedal our asses around, we rode mini bikes in the local hills from our houses, it was paradise. How anyone could not like that I’ll never fucking get, ever. Add in the greedy govt and the people who must like getting fucked in the ass who vote for the crooks….  aah I’m going quit while I’m behind. There’s a commercial on right now for Antonio Villaraigosa who wants to be our next governor. His platform ? No more living in fear, we’ll chase ICE out of here, we’ll stop Trump, free shit for everyone…. yada yada yada. Fucking great we think Newscum was bad…. I honestly think sometimes im better off staying off social media and never watching the news. It just pisses me off and there’s nothing I can do about it anyway. Well there is one thing I  can I do,  I can vote ! Yeah that’s what I’ll do !  I’ll vote !  Hasn’t helped yet but I’ll keep trying 😂

You people will never fully comprehend the damage that aids-filled cockstain Newsom has done to CA.

It truly is hard to comprehend the catalyst he has been for job loss and quality of life loss for the average Californian. Millions of whom do not vote nor deserve the bullshit he has conjured.

the hoops you have to jump thru just to buy a bike there and be able to ride it when you get home is crazy. can buy any bike i want, slap a trail sticker on it and go rip thousands of miles of trails here. its no wonder why any of the bike manufactures want anything to do with california besides their ports which are soon to be out of reach costly i'm sure

No hoops. I can buy a new bike tomorrow and head straight to a track or to Ocotillo or to any of the other thousands of acres that are set aside for off road use. Not sure where you're getting info from 🤷‍♂️ I know it's popular to bag on California, but a lot of it is not true.. one thing that is true is that our Governor is an asshole, we have high taxes, high home prices, high gas prices.....another truth is that it's going to be 80 degrees this weekend so i won't have to shovel out my driveway and all of the tracks will be rockin'

ps, In&out  is only moving part of their operation to Tn, the main offices "will never move" according to the president of the company.

Little off topic but I just had a wild experience buying a yz85 for my son that is related to Ca/Georgia. I live up in the northern coast of Ca, Humboldt county to be exact. Have a buddy that has tracks/ property in Florida and he drives down every winter. We planned out a moto trip where he drove my yz450 and my son and me flew over for Daytona and to moto all week. He’s gone for a little over a month, I have a yz250 still at home but my son only has one bike. We don’t want to be without a bike for that long so I planned to get him another yz85. I figured shit, this will be great it’ll be way cheaper in Georgia or Florida than California! I bought my sons 2025 yz85 for $5,099OTD in California(I don’t have to pay sales tax with my Oregon property and doing an over the border delivery. I called 5 dealers in Georgia and 4 in Florida and literally best price I could find was $6,200 before sales tax. I couldn’t believe it, some how California has better bike prices than both Georgia and Florida.

Yep. It’s not as good or affordable as it used to be here so it’s easy to get frustrated, but then you’ll have a day like today. We cancelled our afternoon MTB ride because it was too hot and went to the beach instead. Not too many places have those kinds of options, especially in February. 2 pics from today, 1:55 & 4:51. The only states that can even compete with the natural beauty and geographical diversity of California are Hawaii and Washington.

It's a modern babylon and I hope things turn around some day.

Sorry for being dense but regarding high prices; people are buying the shit with their own free will, yes?  If the prices are high than people shouldn’t buy the shit.  Economics 101.  Make capitalism great again.  Push those prices as high as possible until demand decreases.  Supply & demand.  Keynesian economics.

We live in Florida and have views just like that 1.5 hours from my house. We can choose the gulf side or the Atlantic. Lots of places to ride here.

It's a well run state, no state income tax, beautiful weather and a very good governor and legislature. Retring and moving here from Indiana, we've found the cost of living to be very reasonable. And we don't have to put up with any of the liberal bullshit. It's not perfect, but it's pretty damn good here.

Oh and by the way, Florida runs a large surplus every year. So they're looking to reduce or eliminate property tax for homesteaded properties.

Rising corporate tax structures and proposed bills like this on billionaires……..guess what? these are the very people / corporations that can pack up and move to a much friendlier tax environment…..and take jobs and philanthropy along with them…..I”m original from NY, I love upstate NY….keep a camp in Adirondacks for summer, but changed my residency to Florida a few years ago….this move alone saves me approximately 75-100k a year….IMG 4564 0.png?VersionId=H5UeMmwce36Z9BSLVF81RPhMo

Cali used to be the place to aspire to live. Now, it's the place to aspire to get out of. Beautiful state...run by absolute left wing lunatic fuktards. SF was a gorgeous city...now you have to walk around the needles, homeless drug addicts and human crap. Same with LA.

Jack in the Box is closing stores nationwide, but keeping their HQ in San Diego.

That’s a losing battle trying to argue companies are staying in California. There are so many leaving unfortunately. HP, Charles Schwab, Oracle, Chevron, SpaceX, Tesla, and that’s just a few in the last handful of years.

I know the feeling of it as well, unfortunately my state of IL is ran terribly and has companies leaving.

No we're not. Get off social media and go outside. Vic is the greatest place on earth to ride/off road. There is 5 lifetimes of tracks to ride in the high country.

California sure triggers some folks.
Some of you guys are like: “I don’t live there, but I want to complain about it on a public forum and tell anyone who does live there why they shouldn’t!”
Comical, really. 😂

After 39 years in CA operating multiple moto related businesses, my wife and I sold all but one business that didn't need to be in Ca and moved to Florida 4 years ago. Our CPA suggested the move and we couldn't be happier. Headed over the Daytona Speedway shortly. The amount of money we are saving is significant.

93 degrees in Temecula yesterday.

If this place sucks so bad how come Fox raceway had tons of Midwest license plates Friday?

The thing about California is so many people that don’t live here want to complain about it.

Yes, Newsome hasn’t been good, but outside of three liberal counties, the rest is s pretty normal. LA and San Francisco are garbage areas, but that is a small part of California.

California has some of the most beautiful areas in the country, and hard pill to swallow, if California left the US like some want, the southern reds states would all go broke, and the country either starves or their food prices double.

Capitol (like water), flows to areas of least resistance.

Neither In N Out or Jack In The Box are leaving California.

In N Out is growing and wanted an eastern division HQ but they still have their main HQ in Irvine, which they are moving to Baldwin CA when their new building is done.

Jack in the Box is closing stores nationwide, but keeping their HQ in San Diego.

I know the feeling of it as well, unfortunately my state of IL is ran terribly and has companies leaving.

Yes, Cali supplies many fruits and vegatables for half the year. The other 6 months they come from Mexico when your growing season ends. Beef, pork, and chicken are mostly produced in the rest of the US, so without that California would starve. Cuts both ways.

Anyway, I don't complain about your state, my post was in response to the beach pics. We have those too, but we don't have mountains like you do.

All that said, Cali has the same problem as the state I grew up in, the dumpster fire we call Illinois. Most of the people outside the big cities are pretty moderate politcally, but there are so many liberal voters concentrated in Chicago they out vote the entire state. My neighbor here in Florida is from Buffalo NY and says they have the same issue there.

Illinois is the same. Cook county (Chicago) is liberal and dem but the rest of the state is red lol.
