No one enters this profession believing they are anything less than the best. Vince’s delusions of grandeur have long run their course.
Time to park this piece of shit once and for all. There are plenty of way younger pros with even bigger delusions of grandeur. At this point, a Vince is just taking up space.
I hope he planned for his retirement far away from this sport. No one will employ him for anything, ever. It does speak to the sad state of this sport that someone like Vince continues to get a job.
Not about the pain as much as being in that situation and going, “maybe I’m the asshole?”
Based on what I've seen from him during his pro career, I don't think that matters one iota to him, especially since he doesn't/hasn't changed. He likes to play nice guy when the camera is on him but his actions are that of someone who has no empathy or conscience and no concern for the safety of others - classic psychopathic behavior.

I find it hard to imagine that Vince can still get a top level ride after all the bad press he's brought to MCR for so long. If the guy was a top-10 contender, I might understand why someone would invest in him...but he's punting people just to get a top-20 spot?!!
