For Tomac to look that comfortable on the bike 1st race out on it, I’m looking forward to seeing how he does against Jett in 26 with another 7 weeks to prepare
Everyone moaned how treacherous that track was and Tomac looked so planted and aggressive with minimal mistakes was very impressive to watch.
I also have to say with 2-3 more top names bought into WSX the racing (450s) was as enjoyable to watch as ama
In the first moto, I thought Tomac's bike was a bit sketchy. The back end was slipping out from under him quite a bit.
By Moto 3, he was looking a lot more solid.
I expect by A1 Tomac's going to be trouble for everybody.
I was wondering how he would gel with the KTM. He looked pretty damn good to me.
Yeah you know that happens when you twist the throttle sometimes. Bike looked great tomac looked great.
It's the first time I ever considered buying a KTM.

He looked sketchy in the whoops a couple times, but it didn’t seem to bother him, he continued to skim, which tells me he trusts the bike..

One race is early to say anything but he did look comfortable no doubt. I am interested to see it on the tighter slick tracks. But love to see it from Eli.
Stoked to see that the ol dogs got some bark in him!! He looked like he hasn’t missed a beat. Kenny’s still got some speed in him too, Kenny was racey.
He was really throwing that thing around, looks like he loves the bike. To me this version of Eli was really hard to imagine - I see it now!
Them whoops did look a tad unpredictable though.
Don’t give your hopes up. I want tomac to beat Jett so much, but I would not bet a dollar on that happening (championship I’m talking, he may win races here and there). Jett is the best guy on a dirtbike we’ve ever seen.
I was stoked seeing tomac put it up there last night. That was awesome. His bike looked bad in the whoops though. I think beating Kenny in these short races is actually probably tougher than if it were Jett. Kenny is like THE guy on early sprint laps and tomac mostly had him handled. Good signs from the ktm group! And that hole shot….. jesus
Eli hasn’t looked that free, loose, comfortable, whatever word, in a long time.
Good interview with Lewis. Lewis asked about the 2nd race whoops and what changes they made. Eli said no changes, it was just what he was doing on the bike. Sure looked fine in race 3.
It looked like he set the corner up and was a little higher in the berm before third race. He skimmed them all and hop out the last three. Even Kenny was trhing to jump through tbose but was losing time. They were untouched all day and just getting progressively gnarly. Dude looked comfortable even when he got out of shape.
He was trying lots of big junp combos no one else would, it wasnt always faster but shows how good he felt and how much he trusted his equipment.
Confirmation from Eli, that blue pig is still a blue pig. He was throwing that KTM around like a bmx bike.
He looked like Eli in 2022, that whip past Ando was the equivalent of Stewart's helmet grab.. Cool to see, but that #1 plate on orange was far too familiar. Almost felt like I was watching Dungey out there.

The last 3 laps of race 2 were a little sketchy, I was watching close during the last half of race 3 and he was on rails! It’s hard to believe that there was no suspension change, but the man said what he said.
Great start on Orange, now we just gotta get them all to A1 healthy!
In my opinion, the new Gen YZ is worse for him than the older wider one.
they just kicked Roczen out this season and ya think 2 more top riders to get in....haha
