Track looks very simple, Deegan did every section by lap 3, but the bowl corners are going to allow for some tight racing, so I can dig it!
Example: 1st and 2nd are battling, 2nd makes a block pass and unable to hit a rhythm, so 3rd could triple onto the table and make a pass on both riders. Could get very interesting if a gap isnt established after the holeshot.
I like tracks with very little separation, b/c of the racing action it creates, but I'm curious what everyone else thinks. Dirt looks amazing, and it looks like a safe, simple and fun layout, what y'all think?
It looks neither like motocross nor super to me.
We are not far from riders jumping through rings of fire…feld & mxsport need to step it up…
What part of the track is suppose to be considered outdoors?
First impression is that I'm stoked that it's absolutely nothing like last week's track.

Amen to that brother!
Why can’t there be whoops?
SMX ? I see no M.
94 has a chance tomorrow.
Kinda looks like a tamed down SX track but I guess that’s what happens when they build a technical track the previous week and everyone complains that it’s too hard.
Track looks fine to me, but I prefer simpler SX tracks that make the competition closer. It’ll be about line selection, hitting their marks consistently and minimizing mistakes. No one has any great advantage.
I feel like the Charlotte track didn’t get technical until the moist clay formed those crazy ruts. But that wasn’t by design.
Will be interesting to see how it breaks down…. It’s going to get a lot of laps.
Looks like a SX track without whoops. I dig it though, it just isn’t SMX.
Looks like the sand sections are considered the MX sections???
Fair race on steroids. 😬
"No one even calls it Supercross or Motocross anymore."
Lmfao
After last weekend I'm just pumped it's an indoor stadium and we at least get two mains this time haha
Jett will double-lap up to p10, riding at 40%.
Pit Row
Don’t start that again! 😂
Well, I guess you could say that exit from the main floor is a 'door' of some kind - so, they go 'out (a) door'.
Don't know if it goes outside, into the open air AKA - Outdoors - probably not.
Meh, I'll be watching anyway / whatever it turns out to be - I spent near on $300 for it all.
Lame
Is this JT’s burner account? Haha
I saw the Smx trailer with a pile of junk 1099 truck broke down blocking the whole ramp . Going through Pigeon Foge mtn pass its 1 lane each direction. All 4 lanes washed out ovr a yr ago. The trailer had mudding clay all ovr it . There trying to save money the wrong way. That looked bad when I say pile I mean a pile of f ing junk truck .
Tbh the playoff tracks this year have been underwhelming.
After watching the futures race today...I think the track will make for some exciting racing...at least it doesnt have the quirky split start...
Looks like it’s rutting up pretty quick. So did Charlotte
I just want outdoors. I’m already sick of SX lol
You’re telling me there aren’t venues in the USA that could be legit SMX? Could you imagine if somebody could splice together a track like Kenworthy’s Troy MX and Daytona? These Charlotte / Louis / LV rounds are NOT SMX.
Or, build a track that’s 50% baseball or football stadium type SX and then splice on a legit MX track like 338, Unadilla, Binghamton, etc.
Nobody in the USA has had the foresight to do this?
If I / you build it they will come?
Or, just have 17 SX rounds, 11 MX rounds, MXdN, and leave it at that.
That is what St. Louis is known for but it isn’t the same dirt as Charlotte. But I am curious how difficult it’s going to get.
Weege was trying really hard on weege show last night to point out the mulch and different color dirt as being the outdoor sections.....
Savatgy also said he could see guys hitting their head on the ceiling of the tunnel if there ends up being braking bumps people bounce off of, so that doesn't seem great.
Lewis has more or less said SX is going back there next year, hope they push the bleachers in again and get creative with true SX track with that much room to use.
