8th grade player of the year. My mom made me grow my hair out, I had a punk rock hair cut. I think I was 5,8 then. 7th and 8th grade I was on the all star team. 9th 10th grade everything got crazy. A lot of college offers, coaches driving me to d1 schools, to play against grown men. I was always quicker than anyone. Fun game turned into a buisness, I told a lot of teams 25k and a 928 Porsche. I told the Badgers, get a tour bus for my whole team. We got great seats for a game. They brought me into the locker room, met some players. They tell ya this could be your locker. Etc honestly I was too much of a star to play there. But I knew I would shine. I wanted to turn pro at 15 and play in Europe, my Mom was ok with that. Then she was not, athletic director pressured us. He wanted me to live at his house mon- fri, because my Mom worked 3to 11. That Bucks shirt still fits today, I can,t wear a tshirt under it and it,s a tight fit.

Got my picture on the front page of The Boston Globe newspaper in 1983. It was from the 80cc exhibition race they had at Foxboro SX. It was a swamp that year and we could barely make it around the track.
