Stating a bruised forehead seems innocuous until adding the fact that that happened while wearing one of the safest helmets available. I’m pretty sure the surface bruise isn’t what the main concern should be.

Similar feeling to the court case that determined the police don’t actually have a duty to protect. I can’t imagine being the police officer who doesn’t respond to a threat or crime but legally you’re not required.

I agree but isn’t that what a jury has to decide when it comes down to this?

As a casual observer of this thread and case, what is the actual sticking point of the care/handling of Moreau? He told the medical unit he couldn’t feel his legs before or after he was moved like the pics show? If before, can anyone prove the paralysis is worse because of the way he was moved? Terrible situation and seemingly...

I’m not defending the Feld story at all but when there’s big money/inheritance/big business, family drama seems to be the way it goes. I’ve personally seen some ruthless tactics over 500acre family farms let alone a corporation like Feld.
