2 Saturdays ago it was 78% dew point that’s high & 93.   I worked on bikes & van on blacktop all day . I stopped sweating the last 5-6 hrs.  Sunday was the same weather I did the same thing.  Before that it was 51-62 for highs & usually rain.

Lol, I used to train by spending hours in 100 degree weather cutting trees with an axe and then doing lunges with the logs on my shoulders

Works every part of your body and really builds up your forearms. Never been in better shape
