We know that Hunters wife went out with Herlings, many moons ago now, long before Hunter was anywhere near Europe, prob talking 10-11 years ago now at least. Don’t see what that has to do with anything
The irony is, if I recall correctly, in 2012 Herlings as a teenager was dating Tonus's sister, said something in the pits at a GP about her, one or many Tonuses got into a fistfight with him over it, and she broke it off.
Herlings also was getting into it on track with guys that year . . . not his best year and it seems he grew up pretty quickly after that.
I know a few things that go on in the sport, and no matter how much how much of a kook I think Cooksey is, he’s pretty close to the truth quite often.
Mirth has been a top agent in this sport with a top reputation for 10-11 years. Suddenly after negotiating the biggest contract in the sports history where he will make a pile of cash he’s a thief? Isn’t it curious that most of his clients stayed?
i have no facts on anything that they claimed happened, but i will tell you that i know a few things about the people involved, and they’re not the cleanest people.

So if the riders listed above in previous posts are "still with Mirtl" , did they break their agreement with WMG to go with an independent Mirtl?
After what Mirtl did to lose Jo and Dylan their Monster contracts, not sure why the both of them would stay with Mirtl.

Mirtl isn't convicted. No grounds to break up a contract from the other riders.
Probably not what's going on here. Depends on the arrangement with WMG. WMG wouldn't couldn't force them to stay with Mirtl if the contract is with WMG.
They are/were under contract with WMG. Staying with Mirtl means they terminated the WMG contract and signed with Mirtl or his NewCo.

As much as I think Mirtl is a dick, every rider not on a Monster supported team lost their personal deal this year.
I will say, some of the things you have said before( not on this) have been the same or similar to what otheres that would know have told me on whatever said subject was.

If you watch on YT you can find him and Tonus battling on track, he put Tonus down in France and things escalated from there. It was quite a wild year in MX2 back in 2012, lot's of drama for that championship. Herlings vs Tonus, Herlings vs Searle (Loket comes to mind) and their fanbases, the Mel Pocock incident in Portugal, Herlings having a serious car incident..

He thought he was being slick and tried to create a bidding war between Red Bull and Monster. In the end, Monster realized what he was doing and said cya to anyone else Mirtl represented because of he stupid games.
Monster has had a decline in sales - I had assumed they would downscale sponsorships where possible accordingly.

I would not be surprised if Mirtl was up to something, but Monster has a company possibly had too many sponsorships out there.
Monster pulled sponsorship of GNCC for 2025. I don’t think it was a surprise to see riders not on Monster teams get deals pulled.
Monster stopping personal sponsorships had zero to do with Mirtl
