8/24/2026 2:43pm Pulled out, didnt feel good on the bike and didnt want to risk crashing was what he said on dirthubuk. Second moto was in p.15-16-17 for 6 or 7 laps, then crashed and finished 20th for a point.

Keith was disapointing, expected a much better showing of him. I hope it motivates him to come over next year. And ducati, wow, to not qualify...

8/19/2026 12:13pm Only if the money is nr. 2 rider money. I think he is good rider, but if i'm Kawa i'm not going to panic because i'm missing out on the championship contenders and then pay a non-title contender top money.

8/19/2026 10:12am yeah ok, fair enough i see the point. It's just a weird dynamic where almost everyone is staying in EMX250 to have a shot at that 1 or 2 mx2 rides that open up, wtih many (even top 10 riders) paying massive amounts just to participate in an european championship.

8/19/2026 3:19am If you get rid of all emx (so also emx125 and emx85) yeah sure that has an direct impact. But lets not act that without EMX250 guys are not capable of getting ready for MX2. Mikula jumped straight from EMX125 to MX2. Pelle Gundersen and Alve Callemo did maybe 3 rounds each and moved to MX2 at 16 and 17...

8/19/2026 3:09am Townley had the 3rd best time in his group. a tenth faster then Leok who went on to win the event. However it turned out it wasnt his group and he got disqualified, wasnt allowed to start in the LCQ iirc.

8/19/2026 3:06am Not many top 10-15 MX2 riders who are only riding national championships, Only Braceras i can think of. And i guess you can say Mustoe although he did a few wildcards. Maybe Soulimani and Pietre would be top 15. so yeah you are right with that. However EMX250 riders is different story. Garcia, Skovbjerg, Doensen, Callemo, Askew, Mancini, Bellei, Cannon...

I would expect a bunch of guys and teams would start riding MX2. The problem i expect is that now these guys aim for 12 EMX250 rounds, so i'd see them do less wildcards and...

8/6/2026 6:02am i strongly disagree. Before he got injured Valin was 6th in points, after 9 GPs, just 20 points from McLellan in 3rd. Including a GP win and another 2 qualifying wins. To me he look exactly on the upward trajectory to battle for more GPs this season and even more in 2027.
