They need to move foxborough further in the schedule if possible. Its further north than new york, philly, or pittsburgh, should be after them.

I'd give one of those rounds back to Minneapolis, too.  That's a great venue.

Yeah, he is from ohio and has an off road blood line, but we have had plenty of mud races since he moved to 450s and i cant recall his results being any better than any other dry races at any of them.

And barcia,

Vitard, Please........

Ok

Statistically he's correct about AP. Every time we have a mudder coming everyone shouts out AP. But until last year, he hasn't been the king of mudders. Barcia, on the other hand, has had great success

Yeah. Honestly kind of regretting buying tickets, Airbnb, flights, etc. months ago lol. Our family tradition is to go to an out of state race one a season. Philly last year was amazing.

But hey, we’ll make the best of it.

Today is beautiful ! Would have been a great day for SX. I'm wearing shorts . I'm about 30 minutes  south east from the stadium, closer to the coast.

I was just looking at the weather and I wasn't going to be able to go anyway. My mother has a Dr appointment by the Stadium next week. If only it was this week I would have taken a detour and cruised by the stadium.  Oh well, maybe I'll drive by Tuesday and see if there's anything still left after her appointment. I think they have Monster trucks the weekend after.

Cool. First race was 1984 at CCC.  First win was 1985 at CCC.

My last race in the C class was at CCC. I remember the week before I let somebody pass me so I would still need to get a point to move up. I didn't want to have my first race in the B class be at Central. Back then there were qualifiers for every class. And I had never ridden the track so I was worried about the triple back then 2000.  Back then with qualifiers taking the spots of the first moto's the first moto was only for gate pick in the C class.

I don't remember my first moto, but I got a decent start in the second moto and worked into second. The person that won was a member and was so far ahead I thought I might have won at first. But I got second place and the points I needed to move up so it was OK.  I wasn't much of a jumper, If I had the courage to hit the jump, most of the time I was able to time them perfectly. But CV was the only place with real jumps that rode back then. No practice tracks at all other than private back then. So I rode in  tracks we laid out in sand pits and powerlines.

I live about 15ish minutes from Capeway now. And its wild how many people have private backyard tracks around here. I've found so many on Google earth.

Yeah we practiced near the so called RI desert. No on track practice days. Back in the 80s jumps were nothing like today but Central had the most jumps and I loved the finish line table top. My first race was a mudder.  Goggles off after a lap or so.  Thought I’d never get my eyes clean again. Good times!

Maybe just a cold drizzly night? Fingers crossed!

The AP and mud is certainly over played.

I'll put my money on Mookie for the win.

Overplayed for SX for sure but outdoors is a different story I think.

I'm driving east through upstate NY today back home to western MA from a work trip. This rain system is massive. Dumping tons of rain. If it moves northeast, we could get lucky and only the tail end of this system will hit Foxboro.

I drove out here on Wednesday. It was cool seeing the HRC, HEP and Tedder rigs heading the other way on route 90. At that time, it was snowing... Gotta love the weather up here in early April!

Mudders suck in SX. Leave that shit for the outdoors.

I seem to remember Chase being pretty fast in the mud, Barcia too.

AP's lone win came in a somewhat mud/rough track.

Well, he does have only 1 450 SX win and it was in the rain in San Diego…. I was there.

But it’s also fair to say that in SX, he hasn’t shown to be a standout in the mud.

This RDL broadcast is boring so far - I hate the rain delays lol.  They should've setup some sorta mud wrestling match between the Redbull & Monster girls in one of those puddles. That would keep us entertained.
