It appears Dungey ended up in the seat that might have been DB during Race Day Live. Could DB have been bumped at the request of KTM to put Dunge on? DB might have similar heartburn from KTM to be "mind blown" and "shocked".

To me RC appeared to be utterly rude and a dickhead.

Just watched the link and I see why db walked away. Im sure there was alot of that behind the scenes and then would have to put a smile on next to each other when the camera comes on. Rc was jealous db would of took his job eventually.
That RIcky clip is just him trying to be funny but just coming off as a little awkward.
There is no way, from that, you could leap to Ricky being the cause of Daniels NBC issues. Even if it's true, that clip is just two guys who've known each other forever, busting chops.

That didn't look jokey to me. RC looked genuinely wound up.
I've got a friend who would definitely do something like this, especially if he had a crowd he felt he could entertain.

meh, I remember the RC/DB clip - was RC being a dick? yeah. Was he also probably just trying to be funny? Yeah. Was there a little unnecessary jabbing with the "Fan's favorite toy" shtick? Yeah. Just a bad look all the way around for RC.

RC's behavior was really harsh. There must be more to the story that we may never know. My guess is that something Blair said was misinterpreted and communicated to Ricky second or third hand.
If that's the case, RC should apologize, and make things right.
Blair handled it like a champ, about as well as Chris Rock when Will Smith smacked him.

Blair stated on Gypsy Tales he got in trouble with a NBC executive because of an over sensitive colleague took something the wrong way. I would imagine it was RC.
If you listened to the full video DB dropped today, it was leigh getting mad that DB complimented todd harris.
It would seem there is some truth in both statements.
