call me crazy but I want this entire thing to play out like an epic thriller movie. Our hero, Mirtl, has been wrongly accused and framed. Evil Wasserman has set him up on the embezzlement, and Mirtl is feverishly working behind the scenes to clear his name. Ultimately, he'll prove dramatically in a court that it was in fact DAVE COOMBS behind it all as Mirtl points to him in the gallery and the people all gasp. With this going on and now he popped his ACL. It sucks ass but maybe it'll be a blessing in disguise. Now he has time to heal AND clear up all the Mirtl Litigation BS so he can come back to racing with a clear mind.

Rich, poor, in between, if they have the keys to the account.  Moms with PTA money, non-profit administrators, dads with little league funds, siblings running an estate or with powers of attorney for parent, partners in business, etc. etc. etc.  It happens across full human spectrum.

I only stated rich people steal a lot because he was acting like “why would he steal if he’s rich”

Just seems odd that he has worked for the agency for 10 years and they were “unaware” of how things have been operating.

He is arguably the most successful mx agent in the business and the agency are unaware how he continually lands the big deals and big clients without the invoices adding up.

There accounts need to be fired if they couldn’t see what was happening.

Sounds like Mirtl is a real life Saul Goodman.  Still blows my mind that someone who can’t even string together a sentence or understands how things work in real life is in charge of multi million dollar deals.

It makes you wonder what qualities the Lawrences and Coenens saw in him. It clearly wasn't a good hiring choice.

Since wasserman hasnt sued him, seems to be external company/accounts this is regarding.

My guess is Mirtl has gotten financial issues lately and needed to cover those holes.

Maybe the Lawrence camp thought being another Aussie he could be relied amongst.

Coenens though, wow look what he did for the Lawrence's, he can do that for us.

Maybe.

The Lawrences i don't know, but for the Coenen's i can see where the combo of the Wasserman company and the track record with the Lawrences would be interesting to team up. Especially with their interest in going USA.

He was a DEI hire. Dazzy saw he was a fellow country man so that was enough qualification for him

I’m fresh off of winning a lawsuit from a company that was steadily ripping my company off. We had the proof and the lawsuit still took a year and a half. They settled right before we went to Federal court.

Lawsuits are a distraction nobody would ever want to have in your life even if you are right and have the proof.

Over a year and a half it cost $80,000 in legal fees to win!

"There's nothing more time consuming than an enemy." ~ EB White. Two things I say when someone comes wanting to sue someone.

1. What do want to be doing in your life a year from now?

2. It's easier to start a war than it is to end one.

$80K over a year and half was pretty efficient, the time delays with current court funding are atrocious and bleed out money.  Hope you recouped it.

We went to mediation and they offered a total of $100,000 as their final offer. We said “see ya” and walked out after 7 hours. We were super happy with the settlement. We had gone down to $230,000 and they said NO. Once their lawyer finally got their clients paperwork he called our lawyer and said “how much do y’all want, lets settle this”

It was scheduled in Austin, TX and they were a company out of Florida.

None of youse guys can hold a candle to what GuyB achieved (Motodrive > VitalMX). Keep hating, he’ll keep chuckling.

He's not going to bang you bro, no need to simp.

I really just posted so I could be part of this thread. $15k for a hooker babysitter seems fishy....We need pics.

Legal question:

If Mrytle had open access to writing checks out of their account, isn’t it going to be hard to prove that he didn’t have permission to write checks out of their account?

In a normal world nobody would think Mirtl had permission to spend the donut/fan experience money on babysitters and the like, but without a clear and concise M.O.A. (no idea if one exists in this case) it's all up to a judge and jury.

If there wasn't an M.O.A. for the Jettson Donuts accounts when it comes to access, Mirtl could easily say the Lawrence's said it was ok for him to borrow the money with the promise it would be paid back. Also, that would open up a door to a place where a good lawyer would start painting a picture of a situation where his client was set-up and fired for other reasons but this was the offense used publicly, which would then be grounds for a countersuit for deformation.

This one is definitely popcorn worthy.

Major fail on my part when I have to explain it, but I was more on the "county shower shoes" reference.

I still don't like baloney and the smell of pinesol.

Lucas Mirtl has lost it. Riding 200km/u where you're allowed to ride 110km/u to impress 18 year Olds. It is damn sad and depressing. Clinching on to the Coenen Brothers... They should really jump ship because I think that the ship is "intoxicated" with his own ego and maybe some other stuff. Who knows, who knows.

call me crazy but I want this entire thing to play out like an epic thriller movie. DC goes to prison, and Mirtl is appointed head of MXSports.

There ya have it. Yes, I'm sober. Yes, this made me laugh to even type it out.

Screenshot 20250210 130924 Samsung Internet.jpg?VersionId=OsFUvHghPqThe crazy thing is that even if the allegations all turn out to be false and he's cleared of all wrongdoing, he's still done for based on how he's handled everything the last few weeks.
