NEW Restyling Kit for Suzuki DR-Z400 (2000-24)

DR-Z400 fans, the time has come! Introducing the Restyling Kit for Suzuki DR-Z400, models from 2000 to 2024 🟡

An exclusive Polisport design that seeks to breathe new life and style into this off-road icon.

This Restyling Kit consists of six parts: front fender, headlight (Polisport’s Halo headlight), radiator scoops, side panels, airbox cover and rear fender. The kit uses Suzuki fitment positions so is quick and easy to install.

A version of this kit is also available without the headlight, for those who prefer to have a navigation system installed, for example. All parts can also be bought separately too so look out if you’re just needing new fenders or side panels.

Know more about this kit here.

Available from November 2024.

Yeah but…

It’s kind of like that a-loop design for the XR400. It’s still an XR400.

Yeah but it’s fun to work on bikes and make them look different than stock. I don’t think this is meant to trick anyone into thinking their bike is something that it’s not.

With the amount of DRZ400s that have been sold, they, Polisport, are going to sell a Lot of these kits.

I think I'd go with a stock '25 -even though it's just AI for now.

I really like the plastic design, but jeez guys, you could’ve selected some better graphics to use in the promo. They look better plain with no graphic.

It's a slick Restyling for a bike that needs it.   Hats off to Polisport for believing in this project.   Sure, they could have gone way over the top, with a tank/seat combo, but, it defeats the purpose of the bike, as a budget machine.  This kit gives the bike a fresh new look, in tune with modern styling cues, without breaking the budget.  That's why you bought a DRz in the first place right?

P.S, always love the thumbs down, great to get love when folks whom love bikes, are legitimately trying to help owners!

Original all the way . The sharp angles look out of place on old school bikes imo .

More images are coming... some things just take a little to get used to.  I know we'll never sell another set of the standard shape sets. Once you see 'em in person, this is right on!

What are the odds we can get the 99/00 RM style shrouds Cycra used to make? I have a brand new set I haven’t used in fear of breaking them off-road. Waiting to “retire” it to SM use.    IMG 9452

BBR made a few 99/00 RM complete body conversions.

I like the looks of the Polisport kit a LOT, but the thing that makes me like my DRZ most is having 4 gallons of fuel in the tank!  I don't think it'd look quite as good with the S metal tank, and I don't really want to have a 3rd tank floating around in the garage for the DRZ just for the better looks when I wouldn't ride it with that tank very much.

The big tank is kinda ugly, but you can really get away from things with it!  And this pic makes me homesick right now.....!

Me too. I've heard some grumblings about this bike and what it will be, but I don't know when it's coming. (Or even "if" it's coming.)

I like the plastics with the oem shape much better.

But bravo to Polisport! for innovating and creating a different product. 👍

Upshift did a build for their DRZ400 and I hear it's getting the Restyle kit.

The bike is still available in dealers right now. Is it old school?
