They all joke about vital but they all seem to know what goes on here. 

Some actually used to post with their real names back in the day but were run off by some of the keyboard warriors. It's a shame when a google search brings up old posts and you see the names of some of the people who used to post here that no longer come here

Kyle Chisholm and Justin Starling are on here and post occasionally. I'm sure there are others. 

Engine Ice Dave used to post here.

There are quite a few I can tell you that. Each week at the races, "Vital" gets brought up, which generally isn't a good thing. There's no one person talked about or certain subject but I think mainly it's the takes and ideas that you guys come up with that baffle and make the industry guys and riders sit back and laugh.

I've been wrong on stuff and have been corrected before but it's the out of the air comments that are usually talked about. A lot of guys are lurking for sure, but won't post for the thought of coming under fire by the masses.

McElrath is here. Deegan has responded to criticisms almost word for word that have been posted on here. As much as it's talked about I'm sure plenty are on here. 

I'm more curious who some of the regulars are that are clearly in the know?

More than a few (current and former) likely post under assumed names. Does anyone on here really believe for a minute that RC4 and JS7 aren’t in here slingin 💩? 😂

I recall some racers coming out of hiding and getting trounced by some of the regulars for making grammar, syntax and spelling errors. It’s better they lurk or post anonymously.

When correcting for grammar, it's best to do it in a polite way. Some people don't get that. 

Larry Brooks has posted in the past . Former GP competitor Rob Andrews posts  . Im sure most if not all the current riders have at least a peek every now and then .

Bob Hannah posted a few time under the screen name "trouble" and when people didn't believe it was him other would ask him questions only Hannah would know the answer to and yes it was him. He only posted for a couple days like he was just having fun and checking it out, and not sure if it was in Motodrive or when it switched to Vital. 😎 

Jeff Alessi would post on here quite a bit, RIP. Forkner’s dad chimes in every now and again when Austin is brought up. James Stewart said before that he reads through the threads on here as well. 

It's a fundamental part of the motocross industry circle jerk for the riders and media to visit vital for the voice of the fans...........otherwise it's just a jerk.

I guess it depends on who/what you call an industry insider. Is it just the 5 guys that go in rotation on pulpmx or one of the 5 non riders Steve talks to? Like myself, I’m pretty “in the industry”. I  manage our teams that we sponsor at enjoy mfg. Mostly imbedded in the mxgp series, I have quite a few team managers, riders etc in the phone book. As well as multiple people here in the states as well. 

Which threads has Deegan responded to almost word for word? Just curious.

Vital used to have question and answer threads with riders. I always thought that was cool.

Darren Lawrence used to post on here a bit

Don't remember the specifics but in an interview he referenced some criticism almost word for word how it was expressed in a thread here at the time. Made me laugh.
