Eh, I didn't see anything wrong with that. It was factual. He was riding a level above everyone else, it was plain to see. I just don't like the purposefully written smarmy put downs to anyone who dares to be considered a threat. Hymas was killing it last weekend and rode great! Now Chance doesn't have a chance. I got skewered in the bench racing thread for having a problem with it, but I just feel like there's a better way to be confident and have a rivalry without being so cringey.
He now has someone he knows can beat him. Big time talent from both of them. Should be some good racing!

I have been watching moto since 1986...there are 3 riders in all that time that I truly disliked. Haiden Deegan is at the top of that list. He is a great example for all of those that coach youth sports (any sport) of how not to act after a win. He is truly classless. So much talent, but so unlikeable.
was he classless when he was giving props to Tye and saying how happy he was for him, or when he said the whole team has been working really hard to get him these results? you know when you cant hear him talking? when he's riding, maybe just turn the TV off after that and you can save yourself from having a mental breakdown over a 18yo saying dumb things.
Yes, he was still classless when he was giving props to Masterpool and his team. Immediately after those phony comments, he revealed who he really is...as he always does. I think you might be having the mental breakdown, I am just stating what anyone with an ounce of humility and a little class thinks. I could care less that he is only18 BTW, poor excuse, just shows he's always been that way and doesn't have anyone telling him it's wrong. You don't hear anyone else talk like that in his class, plenty of others his age too. They clearly have better people coaching/mentoring them.

While what he said on the podium after the 2nd moto was nice, it's an extremely rare event that he offers a compliment without a follow up dig or gloating about himself. You only need to look at the first race podium interview for reference. I'll take what your consider "robots" anytime. They are professionals.

Both of his interviews today made me chuckle. Making fun n of Hymas, and saying they crossed the line at the same time.

In the press conference, a lady asked haiden if sponsors or his parents tell him to tone it down or do they encourage it. His response was that he likes the controversy, and why not get the people talking after every race, He backs it up when he wins. If he didn’t it would be a different story. He feels sort of has the right to say what he wants on the podium when he wins. He’s an adult now and Brian is metal mulisha and he doesn’t care.
What I thought he would say is what do you expect, im a mulisha kid, of course i’m going to talk smack and back it up by winning.
