Great info on him and the bike.
jett may have to settle this weekend for a top 5 by sounds of it?
I keep waiting to see a picture of this "chunk" that was taken out of his leg

well done with the hunta interview lewis....
very insightful on MX comparison to europe!!!!!!!!!!!
go watch the saw movies , its on there
Awesome interviews, Lewis!!!
Timestamp on update?
A+ rider info gathering Phillips... and for that I thank you!!!
Why? Crash was brutal enough. Like they needed to make something up?
Because it's standard procedure in this sport...remember when Deano landed on a footpeg and tore himself a new asshole?
Standard procedure? are you kidding?
The riders hardly talk about their bikes let alone themselves until recent times.
Fuck that was rough. Didn't Deano have a Glen Helen crash, when he was riding for Mitch, where the footpeg opened up his knee?
I literally can't remember a single time a rider had a chunk of flesh taken out in a wreck and not seen a picture of it soon after on social media
Hell, with big open wounds/surgeries we normally get pictures while they're still in the hospital
What was the scoop about Max Vohland before Mitch said something on pulp?
Deegan’s wrist.
Tomac’s thumb.
Webb’s thumb.
All kept a secret…
That saw tooth peg ripped Deano another A hole.
Pit Row
None of those were visible external injuries...a picture wouldn't show us anything
Carmichael had a chunk taken out of his leg in supercross and we got to see a picture of that. That’s before social media.

New nickname: Double-barrel Deano.
Maybe they just call him DB for short.
Partridge when he blew his foot apart hitting the over under at Anaheim I think.
Deano
Roczen
Reeds and multiple others have all posted some gruesome photos of open wounds.
Great shot. You can totally see exactly what happened here, thank you.
Lewis is just on another level, great job on the interviews!
Deano also makes a lot of money from bringing eye balls on his YT account/merch. If he was a front runner, I don’t think he’d be that open with it.
Thunder Valley is usually a slowish track, especially last year so thats good news for him. I'd be very surprised if he's not on the box.
Lars said last week it didn't need stitches, so I don't think it would be very impressive. Sounds like more of a contusion than a big open wound.
The more interesting part is him talking about the shoulder and neck and getting more testing throughout the week. Seems pretty banged up overall.
You're probably right 👍
It can go the other way though, if you're missing a legit chunk, there's nothing to stitch so you just need to pack it and let it sort itself out. Similar concept to certain gunshot wounds.
Either way, seems a safe bet Jett is just covering his bases in case it gives him grief and he has to take it easy. He's still probably aiming for a podium if not a win, right?
I hope Sexton is on form regardless.
Why in the hell do you think he owes you, or any of us, a picture of his injury ??
Take his word on it, and move on.
