One big thing is Mathes looks in good shape, think he was unhealthily big a few years ago.

Agree, its been cool to see Matthes get back into shape though the E bike and riding more,  Keefer was a good friend for pushing him along with it to ,

How does this relate to the sport of Professional Motocross?

You have a podcaster versus a bike tester for some laps around a desert goat trail.

When hasn't motocross been about having fun and riding with your buddies? It just goes to show how shallow you are when someone puts out a fun video and rather than just moving on, you have to insult it because you don't like the people in it.

Why does it have to be about professional MX? Plenty of non pro moto stuff on this board.

We need Keef on the 85 vs steve on the 450 at Glen Helen, winner takes all.

My buddies KDX sounds meaner than that 1990.

Did they ever mention or did anyone hear how or why they picked that track?  Just curious, it looks like a fun backyard track.

It's kind of halfway between their houses, so that might be the reason.

Good stuff. Keefer sure made that 85 sound good.

They kept talking about the “Damon Bradshaw” bike.  When did Damon Bradshaw ever race a 1990 YZ125?  I’m no moto historian, but a quick check of the Racer X Vault confirmed my memory that Damon Bradshaw raced 250s in 1990.

Ok gents, so did anybody catch that part where Keefer said "I came inside of you" and then backtracked quick to rephrase?  Haha...he was just describing trying to pass him on the 1990 bike.  Keef is always good for sexual innuendos but didn't like saying that one on RX perhaps.

Yes but the 90' was the same as the 89' bike he did in fact race in 125 nationals I believe.

That was a goat track. Terrible. Fun concept executed poorly.

Honestly believe if it was on a "Glen Helen", Steve would have smoked the 85cc as well.

No way that 85 sounded like a 125 and at a real track Keefer would’ve been able to keep momentum up in the corners that was impossible to do on that track. I would even guess that he would win on that 90 125 on a “real” track that wasn’t so stop and go

With Keefers track record, that 85 was probably a 105

Big bore!!

GH would have been an interesting track for those two.  Keef is obviously faster but some hills at GH and 450 power could benefit Steve against the 1990 bike and maybe, just maybe that 85.

Pretty funny, the more moto content the better. Keefer cracks me up, and Steve was riding pretty good.
