How's the defending champion going with the New KTM? Will the softer alloy frame help him in his quest to have the #1 back in 2025?

Rumor has it he's not that comfortable with the KTM and is having troubles settling it in the whoops. If you mean getting the championship in 2024, then no.

How's Eli redemption? After the heartbreak of last year, Eli, already in the final chapters of his career, wants to leave on top.

Eli doesn't have the top end speed to keep up with Jett, or Sexton.  He may get some wins through steady attrition type riding.

How is the defending MXGP Champion figuring out the whoops? Will his outdoor racing excellence translate to Supercross racing?

I think he'll look okay but struggle against the heavy hitters in this class. He'll get better though.

Kawasaki had a winless season last year, but this year they've got a new bike that looked really good on Febvre's hand last year, will the 24' Kawasaki bring the 22' Anderson?

No.

Webb is back to the Team that saw him grow, will he add another title to the Star rig after the 3 250 titles he gave them?

He won't win any races this season.

How's Malcolm going, is finally going to put everything together and win? Will his brother be on the booth to commentate such an extraordinary feat?

Possibly.  I think Stew will team up with RC for the odd supercross.

How are the Beta's going? BamBam Barcia?

Reading between the lines in interviews with Colt 45 it seems the bike has a long way to go. Barcia will be Barcia.

What of bs from AU.

What’s the word about how Webb is getting on with the Star bike?  I could see him just  getting through the last few days before A1 and not pushing it too hard, but I’ve heard he still figuring the bike out or wanting to get a different feel from it.  Could be BS though.

I don’t think Vohland will do anything spectacular this season.  Hopefully we can see Jason get back to where he was in ‘22.  JB will have a good shot at an oddball win.

Coming into the season with a pregnant wife, then becoming a new dad halfway through seemed to weigh him down a bit last season. Now that he's into the dad routine, I suspect we'll see some good results out of Jason this year.

Also Kawi wouldn't allow him to make the setup changes he wanted last year....let's hope the 24 works better for him and the Kawi engineers allow more rider input than last year...

I mean, I guess.  He was able to clear all the jumps two laps in a row, so there’s that.  Not really sure what else you got out of that clip.

He looks to be riding more efficiently and less effortlessly while keeping pace. He’s adding to his arsenal of styles. He looks more seasoned. Not sure how else to put it.

Don't be sleeping on hunter. always finds himself at the pointy end of the standings plus he rides with Jett everyday so he knows the benchmark

Correct. Couldn’t switch from the bfrc back to a traditional one. He said he would crash anytime he tried to run at the leaders pace.

I’ve heard the following, and witnessed some of it

Vohland is going really fast, really, really fast,

Jason Anderson is going faster than last year, says he really likes the changes they did to the bike

A GasGas 250 rider told me Barcia is putting it down

  Mookie

a source inside the Lawrence camp won’t say a thing about them, but told me he’d be really surprised if Fersanchez doesn’t win a few

 Prado will shock the naysayers

Sexton is struggling with the woops on the new frame

I sure hope you’re right about Vohland (and that he can do the same thing under race conditions).  Poor Mitch needs a break.  I love hearing that Mookie is doing so well.  It would be great to see him get a win before he throws in the towel.

where does UPTITE’s comment cite anything about Mookie’s speed? or is his nickname Fersanchez? to me it looks like Mookie has no content next to his name and I’m assuming “Fersanchez” is 14

When the topic is “who’s flying at the test track” and someone replies with “Mookie”, I think it is fair to assume that he is implying that “Mookie” is “flying at the test track”.

Was that logic clear enough for you?

Pretty much is in line with the thread title I would assume. Also has been mentioned other places that Mookie is getting around pretty good.  Since they were talking to someone in the Lawrence camp (Honda) it’s safe to assume Fersanchez is the 14 that they are talking about.

I didn’t see Mookie, only heard, so I can’t comment on it.

Fersanchez is an inside joke about Dylan.

I really find it hard to believe that Kawi wouldn't allow them to put the normal shock back on the bike if they didn't like it that much. The shock he won 7 races on the previous year. You would think management would of learnt from Eli leaving If it is true
