Hell yeah, glad to see him land a place and one he can be happy with
Phoenix Honda making moves for 2024! I like it!
I will be the first to say it: Looks comfortable
Hope we can get Danger Zone back in action!
Sweet! I truly believe that sometimes it's a good thing for these factory riders to go to one of the smaller teams, for both the rider and the team. The rider becomes the underdog again, and a satellite team get's the chance of maybe getting a win. Glad DF14 is still going to be in the mix!

Dammit Soyboy beat me to it
Phoenix Honda doing some cool stuff
Man that number 14 just looks right on a Honda.
Dunno whether it’s KDub vibes with the 14 but it just hits different on a Honda
Im not going to state the source I heard this rumor from, but is it actually true that Roczen had input into Ferrandis not coming on board with Suzuki? I know Roczen asks alot no matter what bike he's on but do you think its true he would have asked they dont hire him?
**edit** I dont want to turn the thread into this topic but was just curious if anyone else has heard something like that. Im happy to see him return to racing though. I remember he actually joked earlier this season he may just retire since he doesn't have a ride
Will we see 2 “non factory” riders on the podium at the same time this season?
Maybe also Phoenix Hondas first win?
who knows, but next season is getting more interesting and I can’t wait!
Anybody know if Phoenix Honda gets factory support? If they don't and Dylan starts getting podiums they will get it
#14 is made for Hondas
Great news.
For now, he sounds genuinely happy with that first few laps...
Let's hope for a happy and healthy year ahead.
Glad to hear this. Hope he is happier on the Honda and has a lot of success next year!
Frenchie looking dangerous on the Honda!
C’mon guys. There is a form for this…please use it.
“Word is he LOVES the ____Honda___, and thinks its the best __450_ on the market, bar none. He is riding it faster than any bike he has ever sat on.”
In all seriousness I hope he is in a place he can reach his potential. In 2021 when he was on it outdoors he smoked everyone…including some big names that are the top of the class (except Jett wasn’t on 450s yet). It will be fun to see!
That's Kooksey's theory but it's not true like 99% that comes from him....
Pit Row
…also…I can’t help but be curious on compensation. HEP was able to get some serious cash for Kenny for a non-factory team. Was Phoenix able to do similar? Maybe big podium bonuses if he does well? Is Phoenix going to have a new influx of cash with a new sponsor? Similar to Progressive on HEP? Anyone?
Hum, very exciting intro. On a bike that Roczen with some freedom proved to be greater than we thought, and after a perfect season from hrc where the bike looked exceptional, that is really a nice platform to start with even if it is on a smaller team. Awesome ! They look ambitious, they have some solid people and backing, the rider looks happy and he is gonna be the leader here, there could be some red sweep in 24. Fortunately Honda corp has deep pockets because they won't be battling for top 8 especially outdoors and in smx. Fantastic news.
Good grief, all these posts and no one has mentioned the most obvious topic and the burning question everyone wants the answer to - is it just me or did he get a haircut?
Someone had to do it.
Well, that's what you do when you start a new job and meet your new boss and colleagues.
Looked good but definitely could tell he has very little time on it. The speed and comfort will come. Really happy he nailed down a ride!
He literally rode about three laps before I started filming ha.
I don’t have the highest expectations for him in SX but assuming he makes it to outdoors healthy he could be very dangerous. He was amazing in 2021 but just never seemed to gel with the new Yamaha, if he’s comfortable on that Honda watch out.
I noticed the bike wasn’t running red anodized hubs like the factory bikes…which means nothing really, but I was going to question also whether or not Phoenix Honda was leasing factory equipment from HRC directly, or was the #14 bike a cobbled together production machine with aftermarket pieces? Of course, FC is doing his suspension…but are those factory pieces or kitted stockers?
Good job ML on tracking this one down and getting on it quickly. 👍
Would this be a SX only deal as PHX doesn’t do outdoors? Be a shame to not see Dylan give mx another shot
