Is it common now when someone crashes they are considered out 2-3 weeks.

No announcement has been made, but I don't think so unless he wakes up tomorrow morning feeling weird and decides to sit it out.

I wish video guys would lighten up on the slow motion effect -showing that at full speed would give a better idea of the severity of the crash.

Every damn dirt bike video nowadays has too much oddball music and too much slo mo, just give it to me raw please...

Agreed. Don't forget about the ultra zoomed in shaky cam that is popular as well.

Honestly, this is why I just can't see Sexton being a serious challenger to Jett in the coming years. Yes, he'll be just as fast as Jett, but Jett just has a higher level of bike control that'll prevent him from getting injured which will not only prevent the small crashes needed to win tight championship races but also the big crashes that result in missing entire races.

It doesn’t matter how fast you play it, it just didn’t look that bad. Could that even be considered a crash? More like a “fall over”. It’s like he sat down quickly on the dirt.

I agree. Sexton not going to change just as Forkner, Malcolm, Craigh, Anderson either. When they push some, they crash or go off the track. To old to change.

It was a loss of control and he came off the bike.

He crashed.

Yeah he crashed, agreed, but I think the point being is for Sexton that's practically a day at the office.

At least from what can be seen in the video, it wasn't some gnarly digger that'll have him packing up and going home.

Hopefully he's gotten it out of the way and it's onwards and upwards today.

You say it was a normal sexton crash.

But the practice crash at pala wasn't that big either. Pretty much a normal sexton crash.

Then from what Lars said. And then sexton in the media day. It seemed like his Tuesday crash wasn't that big. Both called it a tip over. Sexton said something along the lines of "I had a little tip over and kinda hit my head"

Was it the last round or the one before, that Jett crashed multiple times in practice or qualifying? Was no threads about it. I don’t understand why everyone is so quick to pile on Sexton???
