Why the white plastic on the HRC factory Hondas last night? Was it for some special event?

Personally, I hope they go back to red for the remainder of the series.

It was to promote their 50 and 110 which you can buy stock with that look. The 110 in white/teal. The 50 white/pink.

Pretty sure they said it was the color waves of the new minis. So kinda promoting the new looks of them. Honda wanted to do this for press day or something earlier but it didn’t happen so they decided to do it for the triple crown.

Personally, I hope they go back to red for the remainder of the series. 

They were supposed to run them for press day at A1 but it was cancelled.

So the 2023 Honda minis are available in 1992 Yamaha YZ/WR color schemes? 🤔

The 1992 WR/YZ were available in 1989 Honda VTR color scheme:

I have been wanting to do retro graphics to make my yz look like an early 90’s bike.  These Hondas just confirmed that it would be bad ass

It was different and the bikes stood out. I guess that’s “Mission Accomplished”? They sorta reminded me of early 90s KTMs…
