mfs saying its overpriced are wrong. Its crazy expensive, but still very low for how expensive bikes are. I got a 2022 YZ for 8,400 total, a year ago. Pretty good deal…

Definitely works if you use the actual 250F plastic and all. The restyle kit for both the Kawi and Honda 2 strokes look like crap!

It is just too much black overall. Otherwise it would possibly be OK. I thought we had it bad in the Carolinas seeing 22 year old clapped 125s for $3k but if you are paying $7k up north...Sheesh.

It’s a 20 year old bike. It’s way over priced. Most people who bought bikes in 2020-2022 over paid. Sorry but it’s true. That bikes is not worth more then 3500 to any smart buyer. 
 

it’s not even a trick bike. Stock suspension that sucks (I should know I have an 03 250). Just a bunch of cerakote to make it look more trick then it is.

You guys don’t know the first thing about sales. You set your price higher than what you actually want for it, so when people come along and haggle you down, they feel like they’re winning. Dude probably does only want $4k, but why would he put his price at $4k so one of you jokers can haggle him down from that? He’s doing exactly what he should do with his asking price.

and nobody has mentioned that somehow this 2003 model kx 125 is still eligible to get factory contingencies that can make your purchase price $0

Dam right! My lifetime contingency total is $20 and counting so far! Glad I got a 2023 bike! GasGas pays back 10 spots so sometimes my fat ass rides to last place are like winning! I've had $2 scratch off hit for a buck before too! Sometimes it's hard to be humble about things.

I've no comment on the price , looks, mods etc to make.

 

But, "Pays Race Contingency" ( with the get the price down to '0' $) is of note.

 

I wonder at that.

No idea what you mean!!   Never a 'CR hater', it's a bike, made with care and precision by folks in Japan for us riders to enjoy.  People build bikes they way they want, people seem to hate them for it.  Quite strange. I wonder if this happens in the HotRod World too! Tongue

Original frame and swingarm colour!

Same for a the cr and rm or yz.

People are destroying frames to make show pony's while they are already looking great.

Yes! I do mean all re-style kits! I dont know what it is. Im a Suzuki man at heart and I look at my 08 RM250 and know it could do with an update, (The OEM side panels are HUUUUGE by today's standards) but I cant like the restyle kit for it either. The rad shrouds aren't too bad, but the side panels and rear fender are jank.
