Why even bring GL back for an episode like this? I liked Grant when he commentated the nationals but every WTS he has to relate every single thing to South Africa.

Can’t wait to hear what the hurricane has to say.

Edit: About halfway through the show. GL has been good, Ping as always is a great host. Eating my crow 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

Being from Rhodesia and Motocross was my life in Africa when hardly anyone knew what Moto was I had the privilege to obtain news from the west and Europe Bob Hannah was a Motocross God larger than life but I always thought he was a bloody bragert, 40 minutes in and I remember why I thought this way.
The look on G L's face and Ping had my suspicions that they felt as I did.
There was a great number of Motocross heroes back in the 70s and 80s as far as I'm concerned Hannah was no better then as a host of American youth that rode with style and modesty maybe I'll watch the last 3/4s of the podcast sorry if I offended that's my 2 Quid for all its worth.

What did he say ? I've heard all his stories and anecdotes so I probably won't sit through 4 hours of this but in all the interviews I've heard I've never heard him say anything to make me think he's a racist .

I love Hannah and his stories....stop putting stupid labels on older men so that you can feel like some goody goody i'm so enlightened person.....I get it , snowflakes good......normal dudes....bad.....If your conscience won't let you listen to an alpha male talk like most normal men talk.....then you should locate whatever safe space your comfortable with and hide away from the bad men...Jeez. I’m only an hour and a half in, and so far the only thing I’ve heard that could remotely be considered racist is his track high jump story. And you’d need to really stretch to call that racist.

Anything after that? I may not get to finish it this week.
