Log out and log back in. I had the same problem when I didn’t log out after qualifying

Everytime I try to log in it tells me “unable to authenticate” so I literally cannot do anything with my account. Actually I don’t even know if I have a account. Try to create an account and it takes me to a different page that doesn’t help one bit. This is beyond frustrating

Im through firetv and logged out and tried on phone...says I don't have privileges. I thought maybe I am dumb and sonce this is a new month...but I watched practice just fine.

It might not be the correct thread to post this, but last week I was complaining about paying $100 for MavTV+ and still having 3 rounds of commercials during each moto so this week I want to give credit and thanks for working to correct things. Thank you MavTV+ for great quality and the commercials after the races and not during. This is what I wanted to buy.

MAVTV makes it way too difficult to watch on my TV. Last week was fine. Opened the YouTube app, went to MAVTV, watched the race. Now I'm being told to click on a link in the comments - which I don't see on my TV. It seems like it gets harder and harder every year to watch the nationals. Frankly, we were better off back in the 1990s when someone sat on the side of the track and typed in a blow-by-blow account of the race.

Getting feed dropped and having to figure out that you need to log out/log back in in the middle of a live event is some bullshit!! And i frickin paid for a subscription!!

Mine kicked me out halfway through the 450 2nd moto. Same as the rest when I try to log back in it says subscription required. I'm trying through a ROKU. Mavtv is the biggest joke.

Just crashed again right before the podium interviews. This is so aggravating. It’s the third time today that mine has Crashed and it’s taken me multiple tries to get back on. This is ridiculous. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Mavtv plus is pure bullshit. Spent more time trying to sign back in than watching the race. Kicked me off at least 3 times and said I need to subscribe to the app. And I thought peacock was bad but this takes it to another level

This right here! Happened to me as well, not only that but I to renew my subscription (already paid) just to watch the race, so now I've paid twice and then mid 450 moto 2 it turns off, says same as above. It will let me renew my subscription again but hell no to that. I'm really pissed at the moment to say the least. Makes me rethink even watching any more nationals this year. Very disappointed...
