I can't remember it being this boring?! 3-6sec gaps between pretty much all top 10 riders within first say 10min.

Sleeping pill. Lucky if they candy find one battle to follow.

Is it the tracks? To rutted and ripped to deep so riders back off as soon as they feel they are in decent spot.

I'm with you on that.
I watched the first round....i'm good for the season.

I'll watch the youtube shortened replays. I don't want to waste my weekends watching TV.

You must not have watched during the RC days?

That 450 moto was pretty calm/steady but came down to a battle at the end. Not every moto is going to be a barn burner from start to finish.

Last 3 laps. From minute 1 until minute 28, nothing happened. Strange.

Wonder if riders are backing off due to track shape.

3 laps of racing, 4-6min out of 34.
So still not that good. Watching a movie with 28min snooze fest and you are out.

Thor battlebox couldn't even find any battles to promote in so we had to look at two single riders from the sky, that says something.

But from the start until minute 28 or 30, like nothing happened. No battles.

Did they show one other pass during full moto? Craig on RD.

I have seen all outdoors since 2010-ish, and alomst all before.

Can't remember I'm zooming out like this 3 laps into the moto. For sure not watching MXGP.

They can't all be zingers. The last 5 minutes were awesome. Several SX races were snoozer this year

Then go mow your lawn or something. Making threads on Vital on subjects like this is stupid.

Go do something else then, problem solved. We just had 2 awesome motos, a first time moto winner and then a close battle all the way to the end of the other.

How is it boring? The last ten minutes of that 450 first moto had me out of my seat yelling at the TV. I'd say it's the best racing we've seen in awhile.

And your reply? 😄 Butthurt.

I was asking a question, it has not been like this and MXGP racing is much better. At least there is some kind of racing.

Last week was identical. 3-5sec between all riders after a few laps and through the moto.

Great moto with Anderson and Sexton. The 450 class has always been a bit boring to me. They outran Roczen by 30 seconds in the 1st moto.

250 has been better, this was by far the best. Would be surprised if 450 will not be same as first since they seems to be much more careful in pushing. Kind of what KR said.

I really do think it’s people’s attention spans getting short and shorter. The races are 30+ minutes each. People struggle to watch a TikTok that’s longer than 15 seconds now.

To me, there’s more to an entertaining race than just a head to head battle for the lead for 30 minutes plus two laps. There’s watching riders coming through the pack after a bad start, there’s value in seeing a new person win that hasn’t before and there’s just entertainment in watching the guys battle the track. If you expect every moto to be a punch-for-punch type of battle from start to finish you’re going to most definitely be bored but that is an exception to this sport, not the normality.

Not defending him the racing was great. But the producer does hang too long. Keep it moving unless its a battle, especially the leaders. Place some cameras down low to show the speed better and up the bike sounds.

Many battles problem is the tv production didnt show it. I beg to differ its been a good 2 rounds so far and many fans attending.
