I was just looking at Racerhead 22 on Racer X and DC said that "Cairoli also signed up this week for the next two rounds at Thunder Valley and High Point." Also, in the article he also talks about and explains what happened with the MAVTV+..

Awesome, he’ll find his speed. Would love to see him run top 5 OA if he can put speed and fitness together on the same day

very cool. Last time I saw him was at Colorado 12 years ago at MXoN. He was ripping but the altitude got him if I remember right.

Like to see him up front next week...!

I hope he sticks around for the season. I’d love to see what he can do at Southwick.

Excellent news! I don't even care how well he does.....just that he's on US soil is good enough for me.

That's fantastic news, its ok saying he's just going there for fun and not preparing the as for previous championships etc but when the results reflect that it must be frustrating, I'm sure he'll be trying to put that right

AC went 2 and 4 in his motos.

Altitude was not a big factor for him , well, not much more so for him than many of the competitors in 2010, though I think he's been a asthmatic for much of his life . I think that he tweaked his ankle or knee overjumping, making things uncomfortable in his second moto, was his biggest impediment.

The only bloke that went better than him, overall, was Dungey with a 1: 1.

So, it was far from a bad showing for AC.

Clemente Desalle went 3 : 4 , Metcalf went 3 : 5 and Roczen, on a 250 , went 3 : 6.

A lot of riders had Big differences in their moto finishes at Colorado. But, that's a regular feature of the event.

I hope Antonio does even more than the 4 events he's now down for, has fun doing them while seeing the USA with his family, and, stays injury free.

Probably because JT took him under his vast knowledge wing, consoled him, and then told him everything would be all right going forward and east. This right after we heard a one hour dissertation on his pit reporting woes.

That is great news that he is signed up for 2 more races. He’s got a great shot at a top 5 or even podium at High Point. Really makes me want to travel to see him there. Spent many a Memorial Day weekend at that track.

Getting to see Cairoli race 2 more times is great news! He has not had much exposure in America and very few people know anything about him. The Post race interview last week is the first time I have heard him speak and I was very impressed! Hope he does the entire season so American's can get to know him and show some appreciation for his riding and persona

And hopefully he will add 2 more after that…I believe if he keeps going he will race himself into the top 5…and the more traditional eastern tracks will be a good experience for him and a better match for his strengths.

Well, from Tony himself, his Asthma was a bigger factor than I put forward.

Please Note - Read what is said in the forward, as to Tony's, and well, in general Euro / GP riders honesty in interviews, too many drongos automatically come out with the BS of "it's excuse making" . The bloke's having fun, being careful, and knows his current limits :

https://racerxonline.com/2022/06/07/insight-tonys-time

I've had Asthma since I was a kid - pretty bloody mild, and nothing like some I know that damned near cark it at any exertion, but enough to have a puffer / nebulizer handy, though I've strived to not use the bloody things.

Honestly I could careless what place he finishes. It’s awesome to see such a legend participate in our series!

I'm guessing hes racing Red Bud, because of MXoN coming up, and I think I heard Spring Creek as well. Throw a Unadilla in there too.

Yeah that’s not how it felt to me at all. Wild how different people view things.

JT is a great asset to anything Moto. I am glad he’s involved, and appreciate what he brings.

He’s very intelligent, very well spoken, great vocabulary, technically savvy, knows the tracks, the bikes, the riders, the travel, and the fans.

As long as he is across the pond and has the support, why not? Bucket list stuff. Would be great to see him at Southwick.
