Is Oldenburg signed for more than this year? If not, he and Hampshire are the 2 best riders out there.
Too some of the guys who say they're fans of Jordon Smith, if you're a fan, learn to spell his first name right!!!

Still think colt45 is the biggest name falling between the cracks.
Unless, like previously posted, he can end up with a 450 gas-gas ride.

Sucks he can't get another year in 250's.
And yet others have spent their careers there.

Yeah, I just don't know how some riders manage to stay down even with the rules. Davalos, Craig, the Martin brothers, have been on 250s for forever.

I admire A-Mart for jumping up this year and I think he'll be good in the outdoors, hovering around the top five.

He’s very, very happy at MCR. I don’t think you’ll see him switching.

I think Romano is going to be an absolute beast. Unfortunately for him so does Ryder D. Everyone is kind of shitting on the 250 depth right now but there's some potential stars coming up. Deegan and Hymas coming on soon too

Hymas, Ryder, Romano and LeBlanc should all be coming up full time in 2023. Cant wait to see them all battle. Also, if we get a healthy Kitchen we should see some great battles.

Hymas and Difrancesco will come up for outdoors in 2023. The only SX you’ll see them in for 23 is Futures.

Is there a chance that changes for Ryder D if there are injuries at PC?

He should be at the top of the list for a WSX spot I would think .

Once you turn pro, there is no going back. They're both young, helps them to develop. Good call on their parts.

I thought Justin Cooper and Colt Nichols we’re allowed to race the 250 (SX2) class next year
since they didn’t race in one main event this year due to injuries?
I think Yamaha is going to argue that they should get another year.
I personally don’t think either one is ready for the 450 (SX1) especially since they
didn’t race this Supercross season, they really need one more SX2 season to prepare
for the SX1 class in 2024

This would have been Nichols 8th season in 250SX. How many more years does he need?

This would have been Coopers 5th. Does he need 4 more years before he is ready?

Look at the last 20 years of 450 Supercross champions and how many years they spent in the 250/LITES class.

They did argue that very thing but from what pulp said, it didn’t work and they both have to go 450’s

It took 20 seasons to jump up for Davalos, Craig, Martins... And now we have 20 season veterans stepping down to 250 like Crisholm, Freezy and so on.

People seem to forget Smith nearly won a 250SX championship. He took the red plate into Las Vegas and was in a position to win before absolutely smashing himself. Don't think Wageman has that type of upside no matter what bike you put under him.

Hymas sure didn't look like he needed another year of SX futures at the race I went to. What the hell do I know though

I think some of the criticism/skepticism is due to his results since almost winning that title. People would have been expecting him to get decent results the following years and they never eventuated.

For Chisholm it was the team that NEEDED a rider in 250 class, are you against a privateer getting the opportunity to ride arguably the fastest bike AND get paid??

Freise was the teams decision to run in 250 class, the thing I don’t get is he’s running in 450 class on opposite coast???

Man, they better have a long list of possible fill ins, or their 250 campaign will be non existent next year.

Next years 250s is gonna be a yawner. Thanks Honda.
Nah, next year some fresh blood! RD will debut, Reynolds will get to race, Romano etc, it’s going to be exciting.

Agree totally on Chiz, good on him, but what do you mean about Freise, you don't get what? He's not the first, or last, guy to ride a 450 on the opposite coast while racing a 250 class.

Gate drops and dollars for Vince, exposure for MCR, win win (unless you're racing and he tries to kill you).

Yeah it will be a yawner. They aren't on the level of the top guys and thats normal, give them another year of actual racing and see how they do the second year.
