Admin Note: Minneapolis Supercross Covid policy is as follows: For event entrance, attending public must show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19/PCR test that was conducted within 72 hours of the event's start time. Either of these routes will gain you access to the event alongside a valid ticket.

Just an fyi for anyone going to Minneapolis. The article also stated it includes ticketed events. I really wish I wouldn’t of bought ticket’s already…..

These mayors didn’t make the decision on their own, Walz is pulling the strings but is putting this on the mayors with his re-election campaign about to hit full swing.

Monsters are real. Kids aged 2-5 are not allowed without a negative test within 72hr and at home tests don’t count.

Email me when you think you can post again without personally attacking other members or can stay out of Covid topics without being a…well, you know. Your account is locked.

Somehow, no matter how many times I type this out lately, some people are just not listening. Do not personally attack members, especially with a sort of threat of death. And also, stay out of Covid and political topics if you can’t debate or just discuss it without instantly jumping to shit slinging.

This also includes bars as well, and I’m guessing will be enforcing the same policies at the pulp show so only 10 people will get to see the pony cut. If I would’ve known this I wouldn’t have purchased tickets to a suite or got a non refundable hotel room. They waited until the last home game to put mask on everyone too. With the information I’ve listened to over the last 2 years on this exact topic, this is 110% the wrong direction but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the leaders of these major (Certain color) cities.

I wouldn’t go to Minneapolis anyway.
I went there a couple of years ago and while the new stadium is really nice they built it in a really really bad part of town.
Watch it on peacock and you will be better off.

Maybe they’ll reverse it by the time the race rolls in

Elliot Park is a bad part of town? The stadium is surrounded by breweries and high end restaurants.

I’m vaccinated and enjoy spending time in downtown Minneapolis, somehow neither of those things have killed me, so I’ll still be going.

I have never taken a rapid test but I hear they are pretty easy on your nose. The regular test that takes 3 days to get results hurts but not much worse than getting water up your nose swimming. Your other option is to go to Indy, I don't think they are going to require any of that. St. Louis might not either and probably a shorter drive for you but not sure on that.

The question is can you get a refund on the tickets?

I think there should be a clause to allow individuals to make the choice of attending or not without finacially costing any amount of money to them. This is a rule change midway through the game. Let's have Kenny start backwards, hand on helmet since he won last week. Rule change is a rule change. period.

This is also a gift I purchased for my family. Although we are opposed to the vaccination, it's a minor inconvenience to schedule and take a test. We've recently had the omicron variant so and I'm confident it will still be a special trip for all included.

To be fair, most stadiums are built in the bad part of town.

seen this, this am, kinda bummed with suite tickets purchased. I may just have to watch out in the lake in my fish house like most other weekends.

Are you really mad because of the choices you made having consequences?

The lack of accountability in the middle of a pandemic is just dumb.

I’m going to try and get a refund, I’ll definitely be taking my money to a red state like Indy or St. Louis instead. Just a bummer because Minneapolis was always my favorite round
