Some don't feel comfortable with the vaccine and that's understandable. Maybe the contribution that those people make is just wearing a mask indoors and social distancing. That's fine.

None the less, we all have a responsibility to contribute in SOME sort of way. Nobody liked doing a group project in school when half of the group contributed nothing because it was inconvenient for them, but then still reaped the benefits of what the contributing group members did.

I choose to work 3rd shift because there is about 80% less people in the plant while I'm at work.
On my shift, there are only 10 of us in my department (including myself), and in a general proximity to me. I am the only one who chose to get vaccinated. Since August 1st, 3 of the of my coworkers have contracted Covid. One of my coworkers was hospitalized 9 days and died of Covid on August 22nd. He was 60 years old, with 4 grandchildren, a wonderful wife, (who also got Covid but survived) and 2 adult children. He was otherwise healthy, and had no underlying conditions. I have another coworker on my shift who has been hospitalized in ICU since August 14th, and is on a ventilator. His prognosis is day to day currently.
The 3rd was very sick, but is recovering and should be back to work after the Labor Day holiday.
I also lost a 46 year old cousin to Covid less than 3 months ago. He was a very healthy strong man.
This all has affected me greatly.
I will NEVER understand the bullshit politics that have influenced so many and the other unjustified reasons for remaining unvaccinated.
A few years ago, folks would say they couldn't do a 6th graders math, yet today they believe they're smarter than scientists, and doctors??
Those who won't get the FDA approved vaccine, are basically ruining the party for the rest of us.
While its mostly now killing voters on one side than the other, its still a human life.
